They promise 100% satisfaction or full refund back and they try to negotiate only giving you 20% back for sending the completely inaccurate dress. They false advertise and send something so cheap with missing flowers / designs. I think this is how they make money. Send an item that cost $5 to make and try to negotiate giving a few bucks back to shut you up. Then they guilt trip and said “this is how we make a living and it’s all we can offer back.”
I offered to pay for shipping back in order to get refunded and they still couldn’t offer me more than $20 for a dress I paid 70 for.

This company took my money and sent me the wrong dress. I demanded a refund and they are jerking me around. Horrible customer experience

Really bad company. They steal your money. Sent wrong item. Its their fault. And now they don’t want to refund money and want me to pay return shipping

Wish I would’ve checked the reviews! I too received a dress that wasn’t even remotely similar to the one I ordered. The company won’t refund but offer a 10 percent discount. Wow! Avoid this company like the plague!

Wish I could give this ZERO stars but that's not an option. This company is a scam. Sent my mother 2 totally different dresses from what she ordered. Customer service is terrible, and want to us to keep the wrong dresses and give a percentage off along with a coupon. Luckily I have disputed this charge with her credit card company so we are not stuck paying for this garbage!!

An absolute scam. Sent a product that didn't even match what was advertised and then when asking for a refund, they either won't do it or try to negotiate a %. This company is a total scam, and shouldn't be allowed to do business.

I was so disappointed to receive a dress that wasn’t the style or even the colors that I ordered…Instead of going to the trouble of returning it, I gave it away….

After 4 weeks. rec'd wrong dress! wish I had read the reviews. What a rip off. Glad I used Pay Pal.

They wont send correct dress- only a 20% off coupon. Not ordering again!

Too bad there isn't a ZERO star rating. Don't be robbed by this group. Stereotypical bait and switch scheme. Ordered dress ... wrong dress received ... requested refund. Was told I could send the dress back but would have to pay to send to CHINA. They offered 10% refund or 40% discount on next order (like I would ever order from them again). Finally just accepted 20% refund and the dress that looks like it would fit a 12 year old.

I ordered 2 dresses, they were supposed to be the lace ones the model was twirling around in in the ad. One full month later I received the wrong dresses, not remotely close to the ones I ordered. When I tried to get info on how to get the right dresses they only offered for me to keep the ugly wrong dresses and a 10% refund because it was too expensive for me to send them back and I would bear the cost even though this was their mistake. What a bait and switch ripoff!

They are scammers. Sent a totally different dress. Pictured was a sequined dress with flounces. They sent me a plain cheap dress with no embellishments whatsoever this was supposed to be a large but it was tiny stuffed into a tiny package. These people robbed me.

Don’t pull the trigger on this China based company! After several attempts and months of waiting with no response, I finally caught their attention by declining my purchase to AMEX.

WORST!!! Ordered a dress & got a completely different knock of dress. Emailing is a joke. I’m going to try to dispute charge through my credit card.

Ordered a dress and paid extra to expedite shipping. Dress was for my wedding vows renewal. Received one week after due date. Received a dress that was Not what I ordered. I emailed dredge and received a reply, discouraging the return for refund as I would be charged costly shipping fees to China. Why should I pay for return shipping. I wasn’t the one who screwed up the order. They also offered a 20% discount off the $67.00 I spent and I could keep the piece of crap dress I did not order. Why should I keep a dress that is Not my size or style. This company is a total scam

THEY ARE ROBBERS- you order a dress, they send you a different one - and then try and get you to take discount to keep item. DONT WANT DISCOUNT -DONT WANT ITEM- they are theives!

I ordered a dress 6 weeks ago. I have never received the dress. My credit card has been charged the full amount. It is impossible to track the dress with insufficient tracking info provided. I get little to no info form company. I have requested a refund and hope to get it but not expecting much. BEWARE!!!!

BEWARE. This is a knock off company. I received a very poorly made, unwearable dress wadded up in a 7-inch plastic bag. They are negotiating a 20% off or 40% discount though their website promises "easy returns". By the way ALL the photos on the website are stolen from designer sites. Found mine on Milly site. BEWARE! Don't buy.

Ordered a dress, received totally wrong item which was horrible, emails ignored, now offering 10% etc etc etc.
It was their error not mine, I have asked for them to send me the dress I ordered or a full refund but they keep on stressing how expensive it is for me to return.
1. I received the wrong item
2. It is their error.
3. Why are they even negotiating?
4. I still have faith they will do the right thing by their customers.

What a joke! The dress they sent is not what I ordered. Not even close 😡 a totally different dress??? They didn’t even get the size right! A total scam!!!!

Agree with the other review... Bait and Switch. Ordered the black and gold frill sequin mini dress for $69.98, and they sent a $5 peasant dress. SCAM!
