Drosshe is the worst e-commerce site on the Internet. I agree with the others who have complained about the merchandise. It is all cheap, inferior junk. I received my shoes on March 11, 2025, and I was so disappointed in what I given. The shoes were the wrong color, style and size. They did not match the pictures as advertised on the site. That wasn't all, when I asked for a refund, I was told they can only offer me $56 from my order of $182.16. Then they had the nerve to tell me I could keep the worthless shoes that I received. They did not offer me any return label, but they did say, shipping cost back to China was high, and they didn't want to pay the shipped. This is not what the return policy stated on their web site. I feel like I have been scammed, so I am telling others, stay away from this site.

This company is horrible don't ever order from them they'll send you whatever they want to send you them tell you to keep it they won't even refund you're money when they send you the entire wrong order they will let you order items which are out of stock and just send you anything their terrible

This company scams people I ordered something from them December 2nd today is January 2nd and I don't have my order yet. Don't buy anything from this company. 30 days is unacceptable. 😡

drosshe have not emailed me about my order or answered me when i tried to contact them. they tex and said LATER,that was thier respond several times when i tried to get through to them. I spent one hundred and forty dollars with them not to respond.

Absolutely terrible, do not use , very late order and Completely different sizes sent and two completely pair of shoes I didn’t order

I ordered size 42 I got a size 38, 39 and 40 and the size 39
Which was supposed to be a pair of boots , I got a pair of blue plastic flat horrible shoes with a rubber sole????

The product quality delivered inferior and does not look like one on website. It said handmade in Italy but item was shipped from china.
The vendor refused to accept return despite the website says free no hassle returns. They are simply refusing return , offering 10% refund and want me to shop items to china.
Scam and cheating

This is a total scam. DO NOT BUY. I ordered a gorgeous long embroidered dress, and got a dollar store quality short flapper dress shoved in a plastic bag. Don’t waste your money on this bull.

Dress they shipped was not like the picture. They would not return emails and surprisingly AMEX would not refund. Do not by anything from this site

I ordered a top and dress totaling $135.00. They sent a completely different top and the dress was absolutely unwearable garbage. They will not return and refund. They offer a 30% refund and you can keep their trash. I do not want these horrible garments. At this point, they will not return my emails. Total scam. Stay away.

Horrible!!! Do NOT buy anything from this company. Dresses are TRASH and NOT like the pictures. The dresses are a joke and could never be worn. I have asked for a refund numerous times through email and they delay responding and then offered a 20% discount. Horrible experience.

Purchased dress online. Dress provided is an obvious fraudulent imitation of the dress shown
online. I have repeatedly requested a refund as their website states "FAST REFUND FOR ANY
DISSATISFACTION WITHIN 30 DAYS, 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" and have been offered a 30%
discount while keeping the dress. I have sent multiple emails demanding a full refund as I do not wish to
keep the dress, but have only been offered a maximum refund of 30% as "it will cost 30 dollars to
send to China, which is not cost-effective." They are clearly taking advantage of people by
fraudulently posting a refund policy that they will not honor.

It’s all a scam and you will NOT get what is pictured. And let’s not forget the sizes are that of an 8 year old.

Seriously do not waste your time or money on this garbage. They will not refund you what they claim they will (only 30%) and I am still waiting on that little bit after being in communications with them since April 2023.

I wish I read these reviews before purchasing. Just got suckered for $100. wrong dress. make like crap. won't give me refund. Return address was fake address in Cedar Grove NJ. I was warned and did it anyway. Never again. Going to donate the dress to the Prom fund and write off my $100 loss. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

It's a cat and mouse game of discounts on the item or vouchers on other merchandise. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! I have learned my lesson to read reviews on these random online companies.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Waiting for weeks, wrong item arrived. Wrong size, completely different product, cheap cheap cheap fabric, won’t do a return. It’s been a nightmare working with them and received a total trash product.
