You Purchase from this site at your own risk
I recently purchased a pair of Dan Anthony Black Leather Sandals from this online store (Order Number: GM2235). I ordered a size 11, which is one size larger than my usual size 10, just to be safe — but when the sandals arrived several weeks later, they were far too small and did not fit at all.
I contacted their customer service and sent them photos to explain the issue, only to discover several serious concerns:
• This is not a legitimate online retailer. The platform is based in China, and their customer service operates through a gmail.com address — a red flag for any reputable business.
• The person responding to emails was clearly not properly trained to handle customer complaints.
• They have no proper return or refund policy. If you read the fine print, you'll see that returns are either not accepted or you'll have to pay the return postage yourself — often making it pointless.
• In my case, they offered me a so-called “solution” where I could pay an additional $30 on top of the $89.93 USD I already spent to exchange the item, which I found completely unacceptable.
In the end, I was left with a pair of sandals I cannot wear and cannot return. I strongly advise others to avoid this website. Do not be tempted — it is not worth the risk.
I would never recommend this seller to anyone.
