You have a wonderful product
You have a wonderful product! Every customer that I D/L my info to really enjoys this. What you get a "0" in is your customer service. 1. It needs to be live for existing customers. 2 Your response and turn around needs to be MUCH QUICKER.
We use this for business not for social activates. When you have chosen DOT over business cards, we expect answers much quicker. I really believe in this system and want to keep it going. If we can't get faster response from you I'll have to back to using a business card system. I might have to resort to a different product in the future as we need this for out success. My wrist band hardly works. Bought it because I figured it would with better then most of your items and the one under my phone case works better then the band. Very dissapointing

The bracelet is a scam
The bracelet is a scam. The Qr code doesn't work unless you take off the wrist the bracelet and point the phone camera directly on the QR code inside the bracelet. I'm very disappointed. I contacted the customer service and they were unable to help. Iwasted my money for a stupid silicon bracelet that I'm going to trash in the garbage can

The fact that all your information fits into one card and you have no need to carry multiple cards.
Getting the point across with one informative card and showing everyone that you are able to evolve with technology.
