The card was easy to get in the color i wanted, super easy set up, and customer service was beyond 5 stars. Shop app put wrong address on order and customer service had it fixed with conformation email in 2 emails. Original email was after business hours, they reached out to make sure everything was corrected within an hour of opening the next day, card arrived within 4 days, and I whole heartedly reccomened this product to others. Time and money saved is insurmountable. I love it.

Such a great idea! I carry my dot card with me all over and sharing my contact info is easy with people you meet out and about. It saves money on buying the physical old fashioned paper business cards. And it's an easy and convenient way to share each other's info.

When I ordered Dot Card, the Card looked very nice, included my logo. The cost was supposed to be $50 for a Metal card. I received 7 cards total, and the cost was $231.

It’s a great service and product, the reason that I don’t give 5 stars ⭐️ is because would be better if you can add more space to the profile for more information. I would like to add the information in 2 languages without have 2 QR codes. But I’m very happy with the product.

Great customer service!
Unfortunately my order of dot.cards with my custom logo was not shipped in time for a conference I was attending. However, their unbelievable customer service provided as many generic cards (free) as I had purchased and shipped them to the hotel in time for the conference. And my cards with the logo arrived a week later. In addition, they helped me correct a problem I had caused in my profile within an hour of my request. Definitely going with this company from now on!

Plain vs. Sophisticated
I recently purchased a “plain” dotcard. I then received an offer from an employee named Jairus to get a free mockup of what my card would look like with my logo. If you ever saw my logo, you would know how sleek, sophisticated and technically beautiful it looks as a dotcard!! I was sold and wanted it, wasn’t sure I could get it with my quantity.
