This item may work for others, however it is not what I need.
After filling out my profile, items as website, venmo info etc. do not show correctly in downloaded contact card. It appears that the contact page for Dot shows as the default website, not what I wanted. When I include my Venmo info, it shows as my web page and my web page is not visible.
This does not fit my needs.
@10:50 Eastern time, the chat says it is not available for 2 hrs.
This item may work for others, however it is not what I need.
I purchased two of these. The second I didn't even think about trying to set up.

It’s really easy to give your social media business name, and Gmail address and phone number to someone
I love my DOT card and I was using it, but I lost it and I called them and let them know the situation. I wish they can submit a new one without charging anything. :))))

Does not work with any phone not through a case
The company says this works with every phone when it does not. I can barely get it to work with iPhones out of the case, forget it if the phone has a case or is an android

BE CAREFUL Of the Classic DOT
This company has fantastic customer service when it comes to explaining how to make their product work on different devices. I currently have a classic dot on the back of my phone, have had it for 2 weeks, worked twice and then quit. After reading other reviews on Trust Pilot, I see others had the same problem and we are forced to use our QR code stored on our smartphones because the actual DOT doesn’t work. That makes me mad, because I thought it was just me, and come to discover I was sold a “lemon” dot that doesn’t work, and that diminishes my loyalty to this company. It’s embarrassing when I show it to others and then it doesn’t work. I would think the company would offer a replacement because apparently I’m not the only one this is happening to.

Very cool idea
This is a terrific idea and a good product WHEN it works. I have the round DOT on the back of my phone and it simply doesn’t work 90% of the time, which I find frustrating, so I have to rely on the QR code I saved on my phone.

Great Product!
Great product, reasonably priced. Began using it immediately out of the box! Set up of my dot card info was very simple and straightforward. The instructions on usage were quite helpful. I would highly recommend a dot card to anyone who wants to provide your contact info to others quickly and easily!

Less Steps Please
If the download and saving steps for the person downloading my information was less I would give this a 5 star but there are like 4 steps someone must do to Save and Create a New Contact to ensure the information stay on their phones.

Easy to get
Easy to get, fairly easy to operate. Nice to have to share contact information without keeping business cards available. My Dot Card stays on my phone and another is in my wallet.

After two weeks my Dot stop working
Week two of using the dot on the back of my phone it no longer works. I had to get the QR code and use that. I would also like to be able to decide what messaging center to use since I am using a Google voice number.
