Excellent buying experience.

Cindy reached out to me promptly. She was professional, knowledgeable about your products and processes; and ultimately was able to answer all of my questions and make suggestions on what would look best on your companies materials. Every interaction was professional and I feel that there is pride behind the dotcards brand. I also recognize and appreciate the amazing deal of being able to utilize technology to save on thousands of paper cards and less hassle if some contact information needs to be changed. Amazing product and experience thus far.

Good in general, but problems with non iphone recipients saving my profile

I have been using Dot cards since 2021. I thought it was good in general and i reordered in packs of 5 or 10 for friends as gifts whenever they were on sale. I'd say Dot cards work well for iphone tap and go recipients because they can save my contact in their phone contact directory easily. However, for android phone recipients, they had trouble receiving my profile by the tap & go method, (often caused embarrassment when it didn't work) and had to switch to scanning my QR code. It is also difficult to get my scanned contact profile saved onto android phones. I had to ask people to screen capture my profile when it didn't get save successfully on non-iphones. Can you provide instructions on how to save a profile on android phones?

I still dont have it setup

We have standard dot. devices that come with dot. branding, as well as custom dot. devices where we manufacture a personalized card with your own logo and design. Both options include a dot.profile at no additional cost, where you can add your company information, contact details, websites, and more. There is no extra charge to set up or use your profile with your device.

The dot card experience is easy, fast and seamless. I got a plastic card in green and a bracelet in black. Wearing the dot card bracelet gives me a fun and extremely convenient way to talk about my business to people I encounter throughout my day.

Easy set-up, Professional looking profile

I have really like this new wave of business networking with dot.cards! While I still do have traditional paper cards, it has been so much easier to use my dot cards. I got the mini to put on the back of my phone and 2 traditional cards so that my husband has one, and my mom (who lives in another state) for anyone they are talking to about my new business! They don't have to carry around or lose cards, and most people think this method is really great and next level! The profile is very easy to set up and gives a professional feel as well!

Love the new card

So much better than buying business card after business card every time you need or want to change. It is easy to add or change the information and it allows you to give people more than just a line or two. Worth the price, however, they will keep sending info to get your to up grade.

Initial order lost in USPS hole, quickly replaced by excellent customer service

My original order did not arrive, it was lost in the never never land of usps shipping snafus. All it took was a simple email and a replacement order was resent and I received it super fast and was able to get up and running!

The slim sticker fits perfectly on the back of my phone, doesn't interfere with my mag safe devices and instantly pulls up my profile when touched.

Unable to set it up

You won't regret your purchase

I have bought several things from DOT. I started with a card and now have the rubber wrist band. Works great and it's a pretty cool conversation starter when you use it. Works well.

When I started to my card

When I started to my card, it sent me to an app where I had to subscribe to a three day free trial after that I was locked into a $96 yearly subscription. I contacted them to stop it, but they told me I was already activated. I never gave them my credit card number at all not too sure how they got it. They will not honor it. I think it’s a scam.

To clarify, there is no required subscription to use a dot. device. Your dot. device and basic dot.profile work without any mandatory fees. Profile+ is an optional upgrade that includes additional features and only activates if it is intentionally selected and completed with payment after you subscribe or sign up for a trial.

Good Product.
