👎👎Mine was broken when I got it, the stem of the Galaxy enchanted rose was molded down into the battery compartment not able to put batteries in, and I paid extra for two ship not realizing that it would take them two days to prepare the order, now that I'm over $60 into it, I'm supposed to spend more money to ship it back? No, I won't buy from them anymore.☹️

I order a galaxy rose and a blue rose teddy bear, it took a week and a half to arrive. On top of that, when i finally received my shipment they sent the wrong bear. They sent a red bear instead of a blue one. I have Facebook messaged them numerous times and emailed but nothing works. They do not reply at all and are scam artist. I will never order from them again. There is no way to contact then if something is wrong!

I never received my entire order. I keep sending emails but no response. I guess I'm beat for my money

I wanted a galaxy rose for myself so I bought one here at dose of roses, it was my first time to order and I find the experience pretty cool and satisfying. Everything is so easy to do.

I ordered the Prismatic Galaxy Arrangement on 2/3/20 and paid for 2nd air shipping. On 2/13/20 I receive an email stating that my order wouldn’t be arriving anytime soon. It is now 2/21/20 and I still haven’t received my order or any updates. They only give store credit. Beware using this service. I definitely will no be using them again or ever. Fleur et Venus may be a tad more expensive, but I never had issues with them.

First off the product(enchanted rose with LED lights) came SHATTERED! Sent pictures to prove it which was what I was told was going to be the only way to receive a refund. Then I was told that they would only refund a THIRD of it or store credit or send another with 2day AIR! First off I didn’t pay a third so I don’t want partial refund. NOTHING in the store cost what this item cost so store credit was pointless. I went with the 2day air. It was shipped by ground and took 7 days. Never will I ever order from here. There is also a whole page bout the scars they pull. So anyone reading... look up Dose of Roses Scam anywhere on the web and you will see. Just don’t disregard it like I did.

Loved the galaxy rose and showed up in the mail pretty fast. Definitely gonna order again from this website.

my grandson ordered flowers on 02/13 paid for overnight delivery and still have not received anything, emails have been sent no response and phone calls goes unanswered I believe they are running some type of scam I am notifying the Attorney General!!! ITS NOW TIME FOR A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT!!!

Horrible service , fail to respond to emails. Still waiting on my items, things are overpriced. No tracking number, starting to look like a huge fraud. Paid for a 24 hr shipping so it’ll arrive before valentines and it’s now the 20th and I have yet to receive a single item.

Purchased the galaxy rose doesn't look like the advertisement the lights are not multiple colored they are all white the lights are all clumped together on one side of the glass not spread around like the advertisement appears to be put together in a hurry not like the advertisement they won't replace or do anything about it I feel like they are falsely advertising there product and they don't stand behind there product because you cant return if you take it out of the box and you don't know what it looks like unless you take it out of the box. Big rip off if you buy from this company don't expect it to look like there advertisement

Don't order from this place. Their products are not what they look like in the pictures and their customer service will not respond to your emails, messages, or voicemails. They also go back and delete comments from people trying to warn other people about them

They have terrible customer service, as in you can't reach anyone at all. I don't even care about the money (no refunds at all). The quality was poor, the gift arrived 10 days late, and 0 communication.

I ordered the galaxy rose and a rose bear for my daughter almost 3 weeks ago have yet to get anything about my order they just sent me something the other day about there being a delay in my order at this rate I demand a refund

I ordered one Galaxy Rose for my widowed mother in Florida for Valentines Day. It arrived on time. It does not light up at all. She tried multiple batteries. DOR does not have a support phone number but supplies an email for customer service. It’s a week. I’ve emailed them 4 times and they don’t have the decency to respond at all. $60 for a disappointing experience.

I just recently bought the chocolate but it accidentally shipped to me instead of my mother's address. The chocolate literally taste like old lady perfume. I havent received the other gift. Its scheduled to arrive Saturday. I'll be back to report.

How do you run out of a product that someone has paid for and then instead of you sending them what they ordered you refunded the money when I specifically asked that you send the order to the person. You say you were giving out $15 gift cards to the people whose orders you screwed up yet when you email the address given you don't hear anything back from nobody. This company doesn't care about there customers just about taking your money. They don't care about giving you a quality product. This company should be shut down cause clearly they don't care about the customer. This is a Donald Trump company you SUCK!! Send me my bear!!
