My order never came through. I sent probably 5 emails to customer service and nothing back. Never ordering here again and telling friends and family to never order from here.

I ordered my girl friend some flowers they haven’t came yet an it is now the 19th,I haven’t received anything email nothing I will never ever buy another product from here again it was the worst Valentine’s Day ever I WANT MY PACKAGE I PAID OVER $200 can someone tell me what to do in order to get my package 🤦🏾‍♂️

Seems as if actual customers are giving this company one star and the bots are giving 5 stars. The majority of the ratings can't heavily sit on both ens of the spectrum with little to nothing in between. all of these false ratings should give you a glimpse of the character and work ethic of the people who work at and run this company.

Thankfully, I'm not a bot so i'll give you my honest opinion after i tell my story. I ordered 30 boxed eternity roses from doses of roses on the 7th of February. I paid extra for expedited shipping so i may have my order for the 14th. after not reviving confirmation of shipment, I emailed the company which they quickly responded saying that they would make sure that I got it for the 14th. The order never came in and I had yet to see any shipping information. I contacted doses of roses that Monday where I got a response saying that my order was never processed and they will ship it to me. I was offered all sorts of discounts and a 15 dollar gift card none of which i was really interested in as all i wanted was the flowers i ordered for my lady. yesterday feb 17 at noon i received an email with a tracking number. it's now the day after at 630 pm and nothing has been updated ( only saying " label created ") . i spent almost 200 dollars with this company for nothing so far. I'm willing to change my review once my package arrives and i'm satisfied but until then, I will urge you to stay away from this company. If everyone is saying it's bad, it must be.

The Item arrived a week and 3 days later. and some of the roses were on the side. they offered to send me another one which I agreed to. THe next day I received an email saying the Item was out of stock and tey issued ,e a store credit which I wasn't necessarily interested in. I emailed them to see if I could just get my money back and I haven't gotten a response in over a week

I ordered a gift for my little girl on the 3rd of February with guaranteed delivery before Valentines Day. I was messaged the next day saying my package was being processed. I received another email from this company on the 13th at 7:30 PM saying that my order would not be delivery till after the 14th. On the 19th i received another email saying my order was just now processed. It took this company 16 days to process a simple order for 2 items. There are a million places to buy these item on the internet, I would suggest you use a different company unless you like waiting a month to receive your items.

THEY ARE MADE FROM CHEAP PLASTIC NOT GLASS! THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY OF MY EMAILS. FRAUD!!!!

I agree with Brandon below, same thing I ordered on 2/7 a birthday present for my husband who's birthday was on 2/14 only today 2/19 I received a text that they are sending in when I emailed them three times from 2/8 - 2/19 telling them I want a refund and no longer want the items ordered!

No accountability from this company, ordered the galaxy enchanted roses on February 7th and still waiting for the item to ship! Total incompetence!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES!! PURCHASED ITEMS FOR MY DAUGHTER FOR VALENTINES DAY AND WHEN IT SHOWED UP, THE GLASS WAS SCRATCHED AND PIECES MISSING! CUSTOMER SERVICE REFUSES TO RESPOND!

Hello, I place an order well over two weaks ago. Payed for the rush shipping and it still has not been shipped. I am getting no replies from the emails I have sent to their customer service either. What do I do ?

To be fair, the rose is beautiful. To also be fair, the shipping was very slow. I paid extra to have it delivered on a specific date they guaranteed it would be here by, but they took really long getting it to ups so it was delivered four days after the guaranteed date. When I open the box it was delivered in, there was a huge scratch on the glass case the rose is in. Very hard to get a response when contacting them. Very displeased.

Horrible. I bought an article for valentines day, they charged me for the article, they never sent it, I wrote them 4 times and they never answered. My money was stolen.

Same complaint here as most people. Ordered an item over a week and a half ago. Tracking number given never updated and package has not shipped.

Emailed their support team and no one has replied to me for days now.

I ordered 3 items on February 15th,2020. Only one item arrived on time but was damaged. The other items came 4 days after valentines day and they sent two of the wrong things. Will not respond to emails and has no number. I would never buy from this company. There are much better eternity rose companies.

Worst Experience ever!!!!

Ordered Feb 2 was promised delivery one Feb 14 (Valentines day)
Was not told the order was shipped
Put in a ticket to be ignored for multiple days
Put in another Ticket no communication from the support/staff
Items shipped Today Feb 18 4 days after i needed them!!!
Still No communication with the Staff or any Customer Service!

Horrible service. Ordered Valentine's Day gift on 1/23/2020 that was guaranteed delivery by 2/11. Still have not received item. No response from company despite several emails. There is no phone number to call. Don't purchase anything from this site

Obviously we all got played. I placed an order that said it was shipped 1/27/2020 and was guaranteed delivery by 2/11/2020. It still has not arrived by today, 2/18/2020. I’ve emailed four times now with no response. Will be reporting. Do not purchase from them.
Side note: if you take notice, a bunch of the positive reviews on this site have similar verbiage that says something like “I enjoyed my order from HERE.” I’m guessing it’s people who work for the company leaving those reviews. Awful.

I order this the Friday before Valentine's day 2020 and receive it the day before. The 24KT glass rose is absolutely beautiful in every way love it. Thanks a Million!!

Does not respond or fill orders on time, even with rush payment

I placed the order on Sunday 9 February and it should have arrived by 14 February at the latest. It's February 18th and I still haven't arrived
