Awful. Two orders were placed. One was received. The other, I got a tracking number. But it’s never been shipped. Orders were placed on February 14th, they were late Valentines presents. I was told 3-5 business days. I am now going on two weeks. I put multiple tickets, messaged them on Facebook and left them another message to please get back to me. I have been ignored and blocked from their Facebook page. I am hurt and disappointed this was supposed to be a gift from my husband and I was really looking forward to it. :( All I want to know is when it will be shipped. That’s it! When can I expect the order, I should have gotten last week?!?

Scam! Ordered rose February 8th UPS still has not received! Their “support” has not replied to three emails. BBB is next option. Can’t even cancel order!

After placing and purchasing my order of a half dozen Galaxy roses on February 1st, this company promised my order would be delivered before Valentine's day, however as the holiday approached and I hadn't received my order, I emailed the support team about tracking the package and I never received a response. A week later after Valentine's day I sent another email expressing my disappointment as well as requesting a full refund, and still I hadn't received a response, not a solution to the problem, not a concerning message, not even an apology. Just ignored. Overall this has been the worst customer service I've experienced, ever. Even as I write this review I still haven't received my flowers, a refund, nor a response to my issue from this company. I feel scammed. - Very unhappy customer

THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!! All the positive reviews on this site are written by fake customers. They will not ship anything you buy from them, and regardless of how often you email their support, no one will contact you about shipping updates. It has been 3 weeks and I never got the flowers I ordered. I reported them to the Better business bureau and this company has been under investigation for some time now. There are over 500 complaints with the same experience I had- PLEASE DO NOT WASTE your MONEY!!

My order was broken and no matter how many times ive called which always says their customer service agents are busy to call back and ive Emailed them a bunch of times also. No one has ever gotten back to me. I wouldnt recomend this to anyone

I made an order on 5 Feb with Rush Processing but nothing happend. Contact support first time. No reply.. I get newsletters but no reply from anyone.

Send another 2 emails now and hope to get a reply. This is really bad and last time i will ever buy from here and i definitely do not recommend anyone to ordering here.

Product NEVER shipped.

Be very careful with this company. They will instantly charge your credit card, but they may not ship your product. We placed an order on Feb 3, 2020 and 3 weeks later the product is still marked (by UPS) as awaiting shipment. Meaning, they haven't even taken the product to UPS to be shipped.

I have attempted, on 5 different occasions and three different platforms, to request updates on where the product is and have never received any replies.

I would NOT recommend buying anything from them.

My husband ordered me flowers the weekend before valentines and I still haven’t gotten my roses. I only got one of my packages from you guys and now you won’t email him back. I wouldn’t even give you one star.

I ordered from them and never received my product. I sent multiple emails never received anything back from them. Terrible experience, it wasn't worth the $20 I paid. Beware of this company! Do not waste your money! You would be better off ordering anything else from anywhere else! Please be aware this company is foul you will not receive your order on time if you receive it at all. not worth it. From what I've read on the internet this happens to a lot of people and I've read positive reviews on this company and they seem generic and fake so I'm pretty sure people who work for this company go on and write reviews in our favor it seems like a scam. Well riding my review I researched further only to confirm how I felt, all the positive reviews I could find seemed phony and generic this is a scam don't waste your money plots product review on YouTube it looks lame. Sec and not at all as advertised.

I purchased a blue rose teddy bear from this company on February 7th. By February 12th I had sent a email asking about my shipment and finally got a tracking number. My wife received the bear on February 18th I was excited for her thinking she’d love it because so many celebrities had great reviews about this product. When we opened the package the bear was so poorly put together and basically falling apart. I contacted the company and haven’t heard from them. Smh

Ordered a rose bear back in early February, received tracking the next day and guaranteed shipping for Valentine’s Day.
“UPS LABEL CREATED” according to tracking for 3 weeks straight before saying “SHIPMENT CANCELLED” the moment I saw they cancelled it but scammed me out of $60 was the moment I immediately called my bank and disputed it.
I advise everyone to do the same, you will not get your items and they’ll drag on the shipping for as long as they can until you hopefully forget about it and cancel the shipment but still taking your money and not refund you nor answer your messages or emails.
Buyer BEWARE and dispute IMMEDIATELY!

Ordered a galaxy rose on February 8th 2020 still have not gotten ANYTHING from them. No replies to emails most important NO PACKAGE! This is a SCAM!

The item looks nothing like the picture and is clearly 100% plastic. The base for the enchanted rose showed a wooden color but mine were black cheap plastic. 1 out 3 enchanted roses did not light up (yes, I checked batteries and used them in a different one). I contacted support to have a replacement sent as I couldn't give my wife HER enchanted rose because it was broken. No response. EVER. This is just one of the many reasons people are saying "stay away".

I'll be filling a BBB complaint just like the 100's of people before me. Yes...100's.

Terrible customer service (if you can even call it that). I ordered the galaxy rose for my wife and paid extra for "rushed processing" and 4 day shipping to have by Valentine's day. 72 hours...my order was still processing. I contacted the company hoping to get a refund for the processing fee but two weeks later and no response. I replied to the generic email they sent for my claim and asked to cancel my order. No response to that either. I did receive a $15 off my next purchase code via email...No thanks! This wasn't even a response to anything I sent them. When the product arrived...my wife and I laughed out loud. I said "Do you think I over paid?" This should be $20. It even feels cheap in your hands. Oh, and it doesn't even come with batteries! I also noticed on their website most the reviews are 5 star..even the negative ones. I left a 1 star review...I wonder if it will even show up on their site.

This company is not worthy of 1 Star more like hot💩. Horrible Customer service. I haven't received my order, I placed on February 10tth to be received by Valentine's Day. It's now 12 days without any action from Doses Of Roses other than taking my money, I have contacted the company several times via email with no response from the company. I've been more than patient now I'm beyond displeased (had to remove *dessip off)🙄. Stay away this company is a scam.

Order came 2 weeks late and they sent a damaged arrangement of flowers!!! The box had strings hanging from it and the flowers had screws all on the center of them and they will not refund me. My roommate and other friend ordered and experienced the same thing!!!!

They only send perfect boxes to influencers. Order from Venus Et Fluer

Terrible situation. No communication. No product. I ordered a bear on February 8th and have yet to recieve my bear or hear from these people. I emailed multiple times, no response. They don't even have a customer service number. True scam at it's finest. Beware of this company, a lot of celebrities advertise their product but it's a true scam, a money grab. My hope is that i get my product and this company shows some respect to its3 customer's. This is ridiculous!! At least email updates. There is literally no communication on their end.

My sister's fiance bought her a bear for Valentine's day, it has yet to be received, no one is replying to emails.
They are deleting bad comments on their Instagram. They only care about celebrities. They are refusing refunds. They are sending defective products.

I wish I could rate Dose of Roses as a 0! I ordered a $20 Galaxy Rose that was 'glass'. What came was definitely not made of glass and is the cheapest thing I have ever seen. I was embarrassed that I ordered this as a gift and angry that I paid $20 for it. The most expensive part to the rose I received is the screw that is holding it together. WORST PURCHASE EVER!!
