My Company Has Been The Victim of Mail Fraud By Dose of Roses
Hello, my name is Kent Sherman, and I own a company named Global Business Centers (GBC). GBC is a boutique virtual and executive office location in Beverly Hills. I have been made aware that this Dose of Roses site is a scam, and they are illegally using my company's address.
I have been in contact with Beverly Hills police and the US Postal Service police division, and I have filed a report regarding the mail fraud. I am hoping that I will be able to help the victims who have been impacted through the legal channels that are available to me as a victim as well.
I humbly ask that no one blames my company for this scam. Our address is being used without our knowledge until recently. I appreciate those who have reached out to me to alert me to this issue, and I promise to push for law enforcement to do as much as they can to make restitution to everyone who has been victimized by this awful scam.

I have tried to reach out to Dose Of Roses since a week before Valentines to return my money for not being able to ship the item that I have ordered. They still haven't shipped the item nor have got back to me and it's 2/26/20. I don't know what to do at this point. DOR if you receive this my Order Number is Order 224491
Finally got the flower in a cheap glass case and it looks better online. Looks like a cheap toy made from China.. they don’t do refunds only store credit. Which doesn’t make sense since they don’t have a physical address or even a phone number to contact. Just email! They won’t do anything for getting me the product that I ordered 3-4 weeks late and customer service is a joke here. Definitely will advise strongly on not getting anything from this company. They need to go out of business for providing cheap products at expensive prices with a nonexistent customer service.

Love the rose heart bear my boyfriend got me yesterday. He knew I wanted that from this shop since two months ago. The roses were so perfect.
The worst customer service ever!
The worst customer service on the planet! I had delivery issues and attempted to contact customer support 3 times via e-mail. No one has acknowledged my message at all. The bear was finally delivered with hot glue dripping off his nose and the so called roses are little foam pedals glued in place on styrofoam balls. The bear had 3 roses that already fell off when the bear finally arrived . I urge anyone who thinks this is a cute gift to think again it’s cheap foam that is worthless and they do not stand behind the product whatsoever. If they offered zero stars that’s what I would rate this experience. 0/5stars

This company is terrible. I received an order and the flowers were smashed. They finally responded after multiple attempts and said they would send a replacement which they didn’t. I reached out again and they sent the replacement and once again the box was damaged and the flowers were smashed. I don’t even want to deal with the company again because of how awful their customer service is. I would never recommend them to anyone. Horrible experience and horrible service.

Ordered galaxy rose from them, said that they would have it to me by Valentine's day. Checked order when they charged my card and got a UPS tracking number. They never gave a package to UPS and never shipped it. Now I want my money back and they say that they only give store credit. What a scam. Do not buy from them.

Placed order February 4th , got an email that my flowers wouldnt be delivered on time for valentines day and they offered 15 percent off. The whole point of the gift was for valentines day so I wanted a refund. I called and emailed them non stop and never got contacted back. Today February 25th I get an email that they have finally been shipped. Customer service is a joke , I have no use for these flowers anymore and they wont do anything to refund my money . horrible business, never again.
