i ordered a rose from dose of roses and one of the leaves came detached. i emailed them two or three times about it and only got a response saying they received my email, but that’s it. so i went on the website to see how i could return the rose and i have to pay for return shipping only to get store credit when they receive it. i kept it instead and now i have a rose with one less leaf. i WILL NOT order from them again.

The staff here arr not only friendly but creative as well. Mar has helped me visualize my dream bouquer last weekend and they were as I imagined then when it got to me earlier today. I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Do not waste your money and time buying from these scammers. E-mailed multiple times to cancel an order after it was not delivered on the specific date. It arrives almost a month later after I continuously sent e-mails to no longer ship it.

Came after valentines day and cheap products, support never responded. I feel absolutely like they are a fraud. BUYER BEWARE

I made one purchase with this company and not only was it delivered late half the items were faulty manufactured. I contacted the company 4 times and never received a response. this is a SCAM!!! got to the BBB website to confirm.

This company is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered way before Valentine’s Day and I still have not received my items. They sent one item yesterday a whole month later and it was not even close to what I ordered. I’ve emailed them multiple times but I get no response. They claim they refund but when I asked for a refund of my items they keep ignoring my emails but they keep sending discount flyers to my email. I spent $667.00 with them and got nothing but a cheap glass looking flower that Was not even a part of my order and it came a whole month later. Be aware of these great reviews. If you can’t go look yourself don’t buy. Please don’t order anything online with these people they are frauds. I looked them up with the BBB to right a complaint and they are being investigated, mostly all complaints like mines.

Terrible quality, extremely late. From one boyfriend to another, do not buy this. When I realized I spent about $70 (with their discounts) on a styrofoam bear and plastic galaxy rose after it came in, I felt robbed. Everything I got looks like it cost $10 TOTAL. It was pretty embarrassing. Again, do NOT buy here. It honestly ruined my Valentine's Day and made me look like a cheapskate.

Absolutely a scam, ordered a gift with plenty of time to arrive before valentine's day. Never came, no updates, nothing. Started emailing get the canned excuse of small company we are behind etc. Well it's now been multiple emails they refuse to refund my money. Do not purchase from them it is a scam they are not legit. Any reviews on here that are positive are clearly fake.

Giftless on Valentine's Day. I purchased gifts for both my wife and daughter in early February, with a promised delivery date of February 11th. From the time of the order I was inundated with text advertisements from Dose of Roses to buy additional items for Valentine's Day. On February 13th, unable to find a phone number, I contacted the company via email as I had not received the gifts. I received an auto-response telling me that due to high volume, my order was delayed, offering me a $15 discount on a future order. I then cancelled the order via email, and never received a response. I would never order from this company because it inundated me with advertisements to buy additional Valentine's gifts when it couldn't deliver the ones I had purchased, nor notify me in time to make other arrangements or a gift, and ignored my cancellation. For the first time in my marriage, I did not have a git for my wife, and we were leaving town, I did not have time to shop for a new gift.

I do not recommend ordering anything from here. I spent $200 on roses and chocolate a week before Valentine’s Day. The chocolate was sent a month later and In such bad condition it was better to throw it away that to risk eating it. The roses haven't arrived yet. Unfortunately I didn’t take the time to look this company up before purchasing or I would have seen reviews such as this one. Save your money or do buy roses the old fashion way. This site is too expensive and is more concerned about scamming people out of hundreds of dollars.

WORST COMPANY EVER! My husband ordered a Valentine’s Day gift for me weeks in advance and we have yet to receive it! There is no phone number to contact you so our only point of contact is by email. We’ve sent numerous emails and NO RESPONSE. You posted on Instagram that you were behind in orders and were offering a measly $15 credit if an email was sent. Well guess what ANOTHER EMAIL WAS SENT to your company and still no response... surprise surprise. We will be reporting you to BBB and blasting your company all over every platform and will have my friends copy and paste. You all suck! $100+++ dollars down the drain and you all don’t even have the decency to write back. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!

This is the best place for clueless men like me who seem to have trouble being all sweet and romantic. I do put in the effort, but I always seem to be too plain or to fall flat with my plans. All that has changed thanks to dose of roses.

I'm in love with my Enchanted Galaxy Rose my finance ordered for me for Valentine then he also surprise me with a galaxy single rose & a 24k red rose. They all were nicely packaged and well shipped. Only thing I will like to suggest if you guys will have some option to put them in like a vase etc instead of putting them away in a box. However over all they are beautiful and a forever keepsake.

all the reviews say it all, placed an order for 3 items...they took my money and never sent anything. They DO NOT respond to emails. If anyone is looking for their numbers (which they don’t list ANYWHERE) I have found a few which I’ll list. This company will not contact you back so your best bet is to NOT order anything from them and if you have, dispute the purchase with your bank, then file a complaint with the BBB and the FTC! BUYER BEWARE!! THIS IS A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION AND THEY WILL NOT ONLY STEAL YOUR MONEY BUT THEY WILL ALSO SELL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO, JUST SO HAPPENS THAT THE WEEK AFTER I MADE THESE PURCHASES THAT MY CREDIT CARD INFO WAS STOLEN!!! I didn’t even realize when I ordered that this was the same exact company that I ordered from Valentine’s Day 2019 and the same thing happened, they charged my card, I received nothing and then 4 days later my credit card was used in several fraudulent purchases!!! DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY
Here are a couple numbers I have found for them, one was listed on my credit card dispute 310-634-7080 & 800-977-3917. Flood their voicemails with threats of lawsuits but give them NONE of your personal info!!! Contact info only!! These people have been screwing people out of millions for years, definitely professional criminals!!!

Don't buy from Doses of Roses. Quality is sub-par and website says no refunds. So I'm basically stuck with crap.
