0 stars I never received my order. I placed an order on Feb 9th, 2020 and immediately received an order confirmation. On 2/22/20 I received an email that orders were delayed because of Valentines day which I completely understand however on 3/26/20 I got an email that I have a gift card of $204.11 after logging onto my account on dose of roses website I noticed they cancelled my order which I did not request ( I am assuming the "gift card" was a credit for my cancelled order) I tried contacting customer support to request more info in regards to why my order was canceled and request a refund back to the card I used to pay for when placing my order on Feb 9th. Today is 4/1/20 and I have still not heard back from customer support in regards to why my order was cancelled and to confirm a refund. I am very disappointed after reading reviews from other customers it looks like I got scammed and will be reporting them to BBB

Ordered an Enchanted Rose from them. Money wanted. Base is uneven so it wobbles, and it has a short...any movement when it's lit and it goes out. Wrote several emails describing these issues and never got a response. Just a bunch of scheisters.

This business is a total scam. Placed a $500 order and only received $99 item from it. The vendor never responded to multiple messages I sent. They then proceeded to cancel the remaining items left on my order and sent me a gift card to use on future purchases with them instead of refunding my credit card.

Don't get fooled by the positive reviews. They are also part of the scam. Fake reviews that were likely entered by the business or through a paid agency to boost their rating. Read through, same names or slight variation on the names used multiple times. Same generic positive review. I also find it odd that all of the positive reviews are female names, whereas most of the negative reviews are male names. It would seem that the majority of the customers are male considering who the product is purchased for.

Order from here and you will regret it. I ordered flowers from here before Valentine's day in the hopes of surprising my wife. They didn't show up. I contacted them no reply I contacted them many more times and received a reply saying it will be shipped tomorrow (weeks after Valentine's day) I asked for the tracking number no reply. I continued to email them since there's no other way of contacting them. No reply until finally I got an email saying they will send them the next day. Going on 2 months and still only 2 replies to my dozens of emails and no refund.

I ordered 50 roses and was disappointed to find out their estimating processing & delivery time was completely wrong. Delivery was estimated at 5 - 7 days. After 21 days, and 4 attempts to reach their customer service team without response, I cancelled my order. Dose of Roses cancelled my order and never refunded my $511.50. I was forced to reach out to my credit card provider to report fraud. I would not recommend doing business with Dose of Roses.

I spent close to 100$ on a single galaxy rose and their enchanted rose. The single galaxy rose looked like it was worth $5 and it is made out of plastic and when I received it some of the petals were bent and crushed. The enchanted rose looked ok with cheap led lights wrapped around it. Definitely not worth $60 more like $10. I bought these items to see how they were going to look NEVER again.

If I can leave 0 stars I would, this was such a terrible big mistake. They scammed me and people pretty good looking like a reputable site and service. But guess what I even ordered it with Next day ship and email sent the order number and everything and says will send an email as soon as it ships which should be later that day or tomorrow morning and I never got nothing it has been days. !!!! AND I've writing several emails to customer service ...which is a bs email too. No one replied and it's just non existent there is no phone number for customer service so how do you even run a business. Definitely a bs business I'm so pissedand it was for my aunt/mothers last minute birthday and I trusted a site that shouldn't even gotten the benefit. This is a big time scam the pictures now make sense that it is not totally legit at all. Terrible people and business. Even if you existed. Your good reviews must be fake too.

I ordered flowers a full 7 days before Valentine’s Day. 2-3 days before Valentine’s Day I sent emails trying to get a tracking number. No response

Day of Valentine’s Day, no phone number to call and still haven’t responded To my emailed or instagrams dms. I spent $220 with them. So since I had no flowers I had to go spend another 200 on Valentine’s Day at a local flower shop.

March 5th the flowers magically appeared and so did a charge on my credit card. I’m trying to call them for a refund but still haven’t got a response.

Do yourself a favor and for sure don’t order from here. And there instagram had fake followers, you can tell because 200k followers doesn’t equal to only 200 likes.

I read all of the buyer beware and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Their customer service is terrible. The product is cheap and looks like a dollar store item. It arrived after 12 weeks shattered because it was in a box with no padding at all?? They stopped responding to me when I asked for a refund. This is a huge scam.

A terrible experience. Item was never received and they would not give out a refund. They do not respond to customer service emails and they do not have great communication. Don't waste your money here!

Wish I could give them less than one star. The product was cheap once it was finally received, which was over two weeks past the promised date. I ordered three roses and only received one. Reached out to customer service but received zero response to several emails. Will NEVER do business with this company again, and I will be telling everyone I know not to as well.

Horrible horrible horrible

Did not receive the order on time, in fact more than 12 days after the Valentine’s Day, paid for rush order and overnight shipping, order placed in February 10, received after Februar 25. Sent many requests and emails about status of order, no replies from this vendor. Only received an email stating they are unable to fulfill orders on time and this vendor has no customer service. Useless place to place orders, Will never order again. They just take your money and don’t deliver the product on time and never respond to you

BEAUTIFUL PRODUCTS WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO ENGAGEMENT. THE COMPANY DIDNT RESPOND TO MY EMALS AND DOES NOT HAVE A NUMBER WHERE THEY CAN BE CONTACTED.

I PAID EXTRA FOR RUSH DELIVERY FOR SOMEONE WHO LIVES IN CALIFORNIA AND IT STILL TOOK 2 WEEKS!!

I’m here to share my experience with Dose Of Roses. In the beginning I was skeptical of buying flowers from this company and did my due diligence to finding out any scams or fraudulent activity. I decided to bite the bullet and after a mini crisis , I sent them emails that they don’t respond to. Was becoming angry and irate. So I decided to do was to reach out to them via social media. Quickly they responded and the problem was quickly rectified with a tracking number and reasoning why I didn’t receive notification. A week later Problem resolved a very happy customer!

My experience was terrible I ordered a rose bear for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day it is now march 16th my order did not arrived and when emailed it took a few days for someone named Emily to get back to me and she told me they over sold their inventory and can only offer me store credit which I was not okay with. after maybe 2 weeks of going back and forth with her she said that they will issue my refund since it's not my fault. And the next day she emailed me back ( which was the fastest response I received for her ] and continues to tell me that their policy is only store credit. And when I asked why would you tell me that you would approve my refund I never got a response.. that was 10 days ago
edit it is march 30th and still nothing from them.

I am falling fast in love with dose of roses' bloom boxes. The tiffany blue rose bloom box that I got last Friday was everything I envisioned it to be.

I admire how friendly the staff are here at DOR. They always reply so fast and their suggestions are helpful. Sometimes I even let them decide which bouquet I'd have next.

I've received some products yet not my big purchase. No response from their company...

They owe me almost $200 dollars worth of product!

Was happy with some of my purchases.

USPS returned my shipment.

Refund or resend a different way!

Its been well over a month and still waiting in my package to arrive. I have been blocked on Facebook by the company, and they have failed to email or facebook message me back. Finding a phone number that actually goes to a customer representative is impossible. This company is a scam.
