THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM.
They were so bad I had to leave a review on the Better Business Bureau and go to find out, they had already been investigated because they received so many complaints.
The company sent us the wrong order, and refused to make it right. Finally when they agreed to do an exchange for the product that was ordered they would only give back a portion of my original payment. And then tried up charging me for the new product.
The flowers looked awful when they came and smelt like mildew.
There are SO many more companies out there that do the same for the same price, if not less, that I would suggest anywhere else. I ordered from Venus Et Flur after and they did a really good job.
JUST STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

Ordered for Mother’s Day, One month later... Nothing

So I ordered 2 LED enchanted roses for Mother’s Day, one week before the holiday. I have been exchanging emails with this company since, they offered a partial refund, but both gifts have yet to arrive. It’s been over two weeks since the initiated a refund but I haven’t seen it and they can’t provide any proof.
This has been a horrendous experience and I can’t in good conscious recommend this company to anyone, not even to torture your evil stepfamilies with. It’s really worse than you can think. Lies, manipulation and theft. I guess it’s not worse than you could think, but’s still really bad so don’t patronize them. I’ve had better experiences with Wish.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!! My sister and I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day. When they were not delivered on the Saturday before like the tracking number they provided said it would we emailed customer service. We heard back 5 days AFTER Mother’s Day (also after receiving 2 fake tracking numbers) saying the item was oversold. So we asked to receive a refund since Mother’s Day was long past and we had sent her something else. They are now still refusing to refund our money saying they will send a different item. Mother’s Day was over 2 weeks ago, we don’t want to send a gift almost 3 weeks later that will probably never get there!!!! Then you can only contact them by email, which of course they have now started to ignore. Also there were plenty more stories like this on their Facebook and Instagram pages which have all been conveniently deleted. THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE SCAM AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Order flowers from somewhere else!!!

Sick Joke of a Company.

What a sick joke of a company. I wish i could rate them with 0 stars. I will even place my order number here because this is not a joke at all. Order 274482.

I placed the order 12 days ago! For them to “misplace” the product in pre shipping.

I had to remind them that my order was not here yet.

For them to just say, I’m sorry, we will send it out again but you will have to wait another 7-10 days for this order. They then had to create a new order for me, A NEW ORDER. Order 282253.

I have never met a company that didn’t try and help their customers and at least express ship the damn thing that I ALREADY PAID FOR! I even asked for them to express it, and they said they will send it the same way they would have before.

It will have been almost 20 days before getting this product. I could have ordered something off of eBay to be here faster.

This product was a graduation gift. WAS a Gift. A $500 GIFT that is now LATE and CUSTOMER SERVICE has done nothing but say, “my apologies for the inconvenience.”

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Did not acknowledge my concern. Ordered several days before Mother’s Day with expedited shipping cost. Only for gift to come on the 16th. Website should not mislead people if they are not going to produce.

this company is a scam i ordered on feb…

this company is a scam i ordered on feb 1ST 2 teddie bears and i recived 1 bear on feb 26 i could never get a phone number to call and talk to someone.it was always a auto reply after they had mi card info i was screwed.i never got a tracking number but i tried many times i know several people that got scamed

Black Teddy bear was cute but didn’t come as pictured. It had a plain black ribbon instead of the white ribbon with the diamond and the name of the company.

Not worth it

Really bad experience, I bought a gift for my mom for almost $500 and I was skeptical on getting my order on time but I received a text from them saying they had prepared my order and ready to ship it and that they had saved my cart so I could get it before Mother’s Day. I placed my order on Monday and didn’t receive my tracking info until Wednesday after I emailed them asking them for an update, their website said it will arrive through FedEx ground 2 days, I received an USPS tracking number saying Pre-Shipment. I emailed them again on Friday and they told me they didn’t have control of the delivering after they have “shipped the item“ (but they guaranteed I would received it before Mother’s Day). Today my tracking number still says “Pre-Shipment” and I don’t even know if I will receive my order. Their return policy also sucks. First and last time ordering from this store.

This place is horrible. Placed an order back on February 7 with an added 1 day rush at an added cost. Received an email confirmation with an label created through ups 2 days later. Never showed up at all. Finally just emailed them to find out any updates on my purchase and took up to the 3rd email and 2 weeks later for them to respond just to tell me they're backed up with orders and thats why I didn't receive it on time. Ok things happen i understand. But what I don't understand is why no email simply stating that, instead I get nonstop emails and messages about new deals and hurry fast before its too late to take advantage of a 15% sale...Really? So back to my order finally spoke to someone via email and told them if this was going to take another month I would simply just like an refund. So fast forward to May 4th emailed them again just to hear my order got lost processing, no kidding its been 3 months. It was reprocessed and another shipping label was created with a 1 day rush. So not only did I not get the 1 day the 1st time I didn't even get when they remembered I even had an order for them to honor i didn't get it when it finally arrived. Came 5 days later but who's complaining 5 days is better than 3 months am i right...LoL. So now I'm excited to finally show my wife what I bought for her 3 months ago DOSE OF ROSES found another way to irritate me again by sending the wrong item. I mean whats wrong with these people? Can they not count nor read. So I emailed them immediately with an picture to show them the mistake with no reply. I'm guessing they'd said the hell with it we sent him something so that should be good enough transaction closed. Moving on to the next person to 🔥 If you're smarter than me please stay away from DOSE OF ROSES and find a place that's cheaper honest and reliable all completely opposite of this company. I don't even know how they're still in business. Hopefully this review helps spread the word and educate people on this place and let them no there's places better. "F" DOSE OF ROSES. In case anyone's wondering about the 1 star it's because it wouldn't let me give 0.

they never shipped my $450 order!!

I placed an order for $350 plus $100 for overnight shipping on February 2020 and they never sent my order! I have been sending them emails and calls but with no response I really can’t believe these people stole $450 from me that’s not good business!

Bad Packaging= smushed roses 🥀

Well I got my package after like 2 weeks and they came horrible. When I say horrible I mean they were smushed and like 100 pedals fell off. the box was pretty it was marbles but the roses came smushed. I was wondering why until I saw the packaging no peanuts or bubble wrap on the top, only on the bottom. I need this package once again before mother’s day!!!!

Great company

Honestly had a great time ordering these for my wife for Mother’s Day. The website is a little laggy but customer service is THROUGH THE ROOF! I placed an order and they unfortunately ran out of that product cancelled my order. BUT they refunded me my 200$ AND sent me a $160 gift card to say sorry. I’m impressed and now going to be a repeating customer.

Bad product

Hello, I’ve contacted you several times regarding a product that I received that was very expensive and damaged with no response. Not only have I not received a response the product I was sent was very poorly constructed to cost $80 plus dollars. I’ve spent $300 with your company and to be treated in this way is very poor customer service. I have exhausted all of my options. I would not recommend ANYBODY purchasing from them. It’s a rip off. Please respond to my request and refund my money.

Worst Online Shopping Experience I've Ever Had

Ordered in January and noted that there would be GUARANTEED Valentine's Day delivery. V-Day comes, no package. Only then does the company reach out to say they're behind schedule and won't be able to uphold that GUARANTEE.

As an olive branch, do they offer people refunds or the opportunity to cancel their orders? No.

Do they, at least, offer significant discounts on the orders that have already been placed (the LEAST you'd think they could do, considering many people probably ordered precisely BECAUSE of the guaranteed V-Day delivery)? No.

What do they do? They give everyone a $15 discount on their next purchase.

Wow. A whole $15. So generous, considering many of their items are $300+.

On top of ALL of that, over the next weeks they DO NOT EVEN RESPOND to multiple emails sent simply looking for updates on the orders.

Finally, on March 4th, 3 weeks after their "guaranteed" delivery date, a package arrives. Thank God, right?

Nope. Open the box and find that the product has barely been secured (by just a single piece of loose-fitting foam) and has clearly traveled most of its distance sideways, upside down, and every other way but straight up.

The inside of the cardboard box is no longer brown but a deep red, stained by the dyes used on the flowers that have obviously been bouncing around in it.

The damage to the roses is severe: Fully half of the arrangement is now completely flattened, undoubtedly because it's been resting upside down for days.

Maybe I can get a refund? NOPE. No refunds, and returns only get store credit. Also, no original shipping, or return shipping, costs are included.

Not that any of that matters, though: Items are only eligible for return within 30 days of the order date. Of course, it took more than 30 days to even RECEIVE the item in the first place, so even though the package arrived today, it is already not eligible for return.

Now, I'm stuck with a $200 box of roses (that do NOT, btw, have a strong, beautiful, natural scent, as advertised) that can't even be displayed because they're so smashed up.

Overall, the worst experience I have ever had ordering a product online. Excessively-high prices, untrustworthy "guarantee"s, awful (basically non-existent) customer service, poor quality control, and a joke of a refund/return policy.

I highly recommend you do not patronize Dose of Roses.

DONT ORDER! CHEAP PRODUCT

My boyfriend ordered the galaxy roses for me for Valentine’s Day and paid for expedited shipping to ensure that the gift would come in time for vday. Not only did his order come A WHOLE MONTH LATER (mid March), the flowers themselves were a huge disappointment. What we got were cheap synthetic shiny roses in a fancy round box. The product definitely isn’t worth the money. My bf spent over $400 for some cheap plastic roses which we aren’t able to return Bc their return policy is bs. They give you store credit which I DO NOT WANT. They’re isn’t a phone number to reach them. 🙄

I almost made a purchase with my card i just had this weird feeling to check the reviews 1st! Seemed sketchy the pictures seem so perfect....!.... but from the reviews im seeing... It seems to cheap to make $500 order i can do this at walmart or my local flower shop or even amazon if needed thank you reviewers not the fake ones below

I received my order in a timely fashion but don’t waste your money. The galaxy roses are $20 each and made of cellophane. They’re sorta pretty but they look very cheap and flimsy.
