This has improved both our sleep at night, its very comfortable and does exactly what it says on the tin, only down side, there is no cornor straps to stop it shifting after a period of time

Straightforward experience
Straightforward experience: went online, found what I was looking for, chose the size, paid for it. Told me it could take up to 28 days to arrive, go here in less than 14. Did not have to pay any extras for delivery from the UK. All smooth and happy with the purchase! Sleeping like a baby now!

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. No communication at all. Ordered a mattress with two pillows (one free, one paid for) on the 6 January, after much chasing up, finally have the mattress and one pillow (received 2 March!). They have now just replied (4 March) to say that due to my address location (central Dublin, Ireland, not in the middle of nowhere) they won't be sending on the second pillow, despite the fact that it was totally their error for not including it with the other products. The mattress is okay, but nothing spectacular, others are as good, so save yourself the hassle of their terrible service by purchasing your products elsewhere.

Ordered a €250 mattress topper that was advertised on Irish tv with a free pillow, was advised the order would arrive in 2 weeks, I waited 3.5 weeks, the mattress topper arrived, without the pillow, I called the company and they said they would look into it, I received a voicemail today to say that that’s not included in the offer, even though the advert is still on tv saying that you receive a free pillow, unhappy customer.
