I ordered a mattress topper in December 2022. When I had not received my topper within the 28 day delivery time frame I contacted Dormeo via email. This continued each month having not received my topper. Eventually I requested a refund and was informed that they would not give me a refund due to the company gone into liquidation. I then contacted my bank for a chargeback and was refused chargeback. This has taken eleven months of emails, letters and phone calls to be informed that I will not receive a refund.
I am now out of pocket €299.00 plus expense of calls and postage also my own time. I ordered from Dormeo topper thinking I was dealing with a reputable company and would receive good customer service. Just goes to show that you don’t receive trustworthy service from this Dormeo.
Very upset consumer to say the least.
I ordered off the irish website as I live in Ireland. This review is only a brief outline of my experience.
Everyone in Ireland thinking of ordering from this company seriously think twice.

Absolutely terrible experience with this company!

After I dreamed for the mattress I bought I found out that this is the worst decision I ever took.
First - When I made the order (using my account), the order information dissappeared. No invoice or order information was provided during the delivery. I had to contact customer service to provide me copy of it and they provided duplicate of the invoice.
Second - Unfortunately 55 days after I bought the mattress I was not at home and couldn't do proper trial for the 60 days trial period. Even from the first nights my husband did not feel comfortable but I thought we need time to get to use it. (my mistake...)
Only 2 weeks needed for both of us to bw sure that this mattress is really bad. No memory foam on it. The place were we sleep the mattress was deformed. How to say it you have the feeling you sleep in hammock. "really comfortable"... No way!!!
Contacted customer service (UK one as there is no any IE available, only uk email provided). After several days email conversation the guy replied me this: "As per our warranty information Materials in the mattress will not change with normal use. The thickness of a mattress can reduce by 5% to 15%. Such a reduction in thickness is considered normal." Do you have an idea that this is difference of 4-5 cm? As the mattress is from 2 parts if I qant to sleep in the middle of the bed I have to climb myself because I am rolling to the middle of the my side. Ridiculous! Uncomfortable! Painful!
Third - I contacted customer service from the email I used for the order. After I was told they won't help me with replacement or returns, they probably blocked my email, because a month ago I contact them again. I tried to contact them agai from the same email but for more than week I did not get any answer. That is why I wrote email using different email address. Expectedly tehy answered on the next day but unfortunately witb not satisfied answer for me.
They said they cannot replace the mattress because there is no administration of Dormeo Ireland an I have to wait....
I do not think this is normal, fair or acceptable as the mattress was delivered from UK, not from Ireland. I even made a test - made a order. If I can make an order and receive new mattress what is the logic here to not be able to use my warranty.
Have checked the warranty policy - with the time you have you mattress the company cover different %of the price.
Do Dormeo is waiting more time for me as they can cover less?
And last one- few days ago on 24.05 I sent an email again asking if there a chance the mattress to be replaced soon, and guess what - looks like the other email is blocked or they just do not count me as important customer.

Ordered a mattress in January with a promise of "guaranteed" 14-28 day delivery. Four months later item still not received, despite several inquiries about the status, each being replied to with "it's on the way, just a few more weeks" and the latest reply saying "we are unable to deliver to Ireland". Why even set up an Irish website in the first place? And mind you, all of these communication attempts were initiated by me, they made zero efforts to inform me about the progress of my order. On top of all that, they are refusing to refund the now cancelled order due to Dormeo UK company insolvency.
Has to be one of the most poorly executed business performances I have seen so far and is possibly an outright scam. Stay away and look for other options!

Ordered on the 9th February and my order has yet to arrive from the time of this review (2nd April). How can a company advertise that your order will be delivered within 14 - 28 days. Have yet to receive a dispatch order, yet they have the audacity to take the money out of my account within 14-28 nanoseconds of me clicking the order button. Have sent a numerous number of emails to customer service, and the "best news" I was given was that a new batch of stock came in on the 22nd March and will receive a dispatch order soon (which I have yet to receive). I was under the impression that if there is no stock to sell, YOU DON'T SELL IT, OR AT LEAST DON'T TAKE MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT UNTIL ITEM IS DISPATCHED. Kind of Ironic that a company that is supposed to improve your sleeping experience is making it worse with me waiting for my topper to arrive. This will be my first/last order from this scam of a company.

Absolutely appalling company with and appalling attitude and non existent customer service, their advertising is just 5 minutes of LIES! They wont deliver in 28 days thats for sure, I ordered on of their mattress toppers in January and it still hasn't arrived but they have taken my money! You try to call them to find out whats going on and you will just be but on hold and never get to speak to anyone, you emil them to ask whats going on and you get a nonsense email saying they don't have the parts to manufacture your order! NO APOLOGIES AND ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD WILL WHAT SO EVER!
This company has all the hallmarks as a front for MONEY LAUNDERING and i should know cause im a criminologist.

I ordered a mattress over 1 month ago that I never recieved and the phone number provided on the website when I rang it says number not in use and the email does not exist.
I send on the information requested via trustpilot nearly 1 week ago and have not heard anything.
I am demanding immediate conmunication from the company.

The mattress topper keeps sliding in the bed if there are no straps that can secure the mattress to my original mattress. The firmness of the topper isn't as firm as I thought it would have been. when getting out of bed, the topper curls up and becomes all lumpy, and we have to reposition the topper back up at the headboard,

I ordered a mattress and a topper on November 10th and by December 13th I was still waiting. I emailed and said if its not going to arrive before Christmas I'll have to cancel my order and ask for a refund.
The same day I received a reply saying 'sorry to hear this, I have arranged a refund.'
Today, December 16th I've had a full refund!

I only gave three stars because of the wait for the goods and no follow up emails keeping me informed of the wait times, so I'm again trawling through websites looking for another one to buy.

Only delivery boy coud help my fiance bring up into the apartment. I mean all together was 22 kg, what I would do it If I was waiting for delivery. How I would with my 46kg bring up Mattress from 22 kg.
