I recently purchased a sofa from Doorway to Value and couldn’t have been happier with the service I received.

We were looked after by John Edward’s who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! He was attentive , professional, extremely helpful, friendly and most importantly not at all pushy. He gave us plenty of time to make our decision and offered helpful advice without any pressure.

John had a brilliant sense of humour, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him and he is a real credit to the company.

This is an excellent store with a wide variety of furniture which is beautifully displayed. All the staff we met were helpful and friendly.

We had excellent customer service from Jason who was knowledgable, patient and professional, and helped us to choose a sofa and chair without any pressure to buy.

He then introduced us to Karolina who gave us good advice in answering all our questions for our purchase of a mattress.

We visited Doorway to Value after friends of ours had a good experience. We were helped by Karolina, who was very helpful. We came in looking for a particular brand of mattress but after figuring out our preferences she pointed us in a different direction and we found the perfect match! She even helped keep our 6 year old entertained while we did "the boring stuff." Overall a great experience.

Karolina Wylazek was very helpful in deciding our choice and importantly size of wardrobes.. she was thorough in her diagnosis of our needs particularly about our millimetre requirements for our new home
She also made the experience fun yet always professional and we were thoroughly confident about delivery timescales and after care service well done! Based on this we will be returning in searching for a new bed .

We spent a very enjoyable hour with Ian Parr and left having bought a sofa chair and footstool at a fantastic price. Also big shout out to Joanne who deals with logistics and deliveries, lovely to deal with.

Peter provided excellent customer service when purchasing an additional chair for our existing Stokers suite. Nothing was too much trouble, no pushy sales tactics, super knowledgeable and an outright lovely chap.
I will only buy furniture from Stokers doe to their quality and customer service.
Price wise, they are competitive, especially when considering the quality of goods and service.

We had a look at a couple of the G Plan suites and spoke to Steven Corns the assistant who explained in great detail the merits of each one.
Initaly we went for the Olivia range but after carefull consideration picked the Austen large couch and 2 chairs as we thought this would better fit our needs.
The assitants Steven had a good deal of knowlege about all the furniture and made our desision quite easy.
I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Dorway to Value.

The staff at Doorway To Value have the knack of making you feel relaxed when choosing your purchase. Without pressurising us in any way,Jason gave us all the Specification information we needed to understand, explained all the options and left it to us to consider and decide the breakdown of our order. Overall it was a real pleasure to visit the Showroom, and this will be our third major order with the company.

We had a good experience when looking for a new corner sofa. We were well looked after by David Thomson who even made us coffee for while we were browsing. He was very helpful when we made our purchase.

I called in to make a decision about a settee. I’d had some issues ordering swatch samples and I’d had email contact with Dawn who had resolved my issue quickly. In the store Dawn showed me all the options for upholstery whilst giving me time and space to make a decision. She was extremely helpful and professional and it was such an easy ordering process. It was also nice to have a female sales assistant in a large furniture retail store. Thank you Dawn!

Karolina was extremely courteous and able to answer all our questions. She also gave my wife and I space to do a good survey of the item we were interested in before she approached us to offer assistance.

Peter was excellent from the minute we stepped through the door. He is extremely helpful and welcoming. He assisted us from the start to the finish of our shopping experience and was very knowledgeable regarding any questions we had. We would highly recommend doorway to value and in particular, Peter. We will definitely be returning for any other purchases we may need in the future.

Karolina was very knowledgeable about beds and firstly showed us beds that might be suitable. We always return to Doorway to Value and have bought so many items of furniture over the years. Karolina took her time with us and eventually showed us a bed that was most suitable including softness and comfort after we tried out many ourselves. She then discussed bases, drawer types and headboard types and colours. We were happy to then buy something that we felt was just what we needed.

We visited the store to look for specific pieces of furniture. There was no high pressure selling and you were given the time and space to browse.
When we were ready to ask questions David came over and answered all the queries. We ordered our lovely new furniture there and then.

We went in looking for a mattress and ottoman bed frame and didn't really have a clue. We were helped by Karolina. She is an asset to the company, so polite and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Since making the order she has regularly emailed me keeping me upto date with the arrival.
Id also like to mention the lady who was working on the main reception today 4/10/26 when we came to pay the balance. She was very polite, professional and helpful too. (Sorry I didn't get her name).
Good customer care/service and communication is a rarity nowadays but this company shows exactly how it should be done.
I can't wait to get my new bed and ill definitely use this company in the future and recommend to our friends and family. Thanks
