I had an pleasant experience using DomainAgents. The platform is user-friendly and my Transfer Specialist is incredibly professional, providing me with help on my questions and issues and acting as a reliable mediator between buyers and sellers.

It has been weeks since an agreement on price was settled and paid and I have had nothing but trouble receiving the purchased domain to my registrar.

My experience with them was good. They are a legitimate domain broker. The process was fast and pretty simple.

Simply ridiculous. Don't be fooled by the preset price to make an offer. The response you receive from the domain you are interested in will always be disproportionate to your offer. Proposing realistic amounts of around €300-500 dollars but also reaching up to 2000, the counter offer is 50,000 dollars. A parked domain that has never worked makes no sense in being purchased for more than $2000. These gentlemen take your $19 and send an email. They have no bargaining power, they have no ability to make the other party reason and above all they don't have the desire to do so. Spend your money by doing a Whois request on the domain owners and do it yourself.

Everything worked out smoothly. I purchased a domain that someone else owned. I had to go through a negotiating process and it all worked very well.

Scam... ridiculous pricing, taking your money while delivering nothing. I'd recommend anyone to go with some other company that charges you only if there's a successful transaction. I have no possibility to even verify if the actual domain seller has communicated with me or if it's all a hoax.

While we were ultimately successful in securing the domain we wanted, DomainAgents encouraged us to overbid by thousands of dollars because it would help them earn a larger a commission. Our final price was 20% of what they suggested our opening bid should be.

My advice would be to ignore what your account manager says.
