I have done a number of transactions with Domain Agents and have always found them top notch professionals. In fact, they are the only firm I would ever use to buy/sell domains.
Communication was excellent, emails were clear and timely. This was out first experience of buying a pre-owned domain. taking ownership of the .com for our brand was very important to our brand development. The process was made simple by the DomainAgents team. We'll definately refer back to them for future negotiations.
I was very impressed with the end to end service provided, which helped explain the process to sell our domain, and gave me advice throughout.
Brokered a website I’ve been wanting for a while. Great service and keep good communication through the entire offer/escrow process. Highly recommend.
This company and its product are a scam. It took more than a week, if not two, before they finally "presented" the offer, but they spammed the domain owner so much that he tripled the price because the emails were annoying him.
They promise a free credit if there's no deal, but nope. It's only if they can't present your offer. So, essentially, you pay $20 to send an email to an address anyone can get from a WHOIS, regardless of the outcome.
Stay far away from this company.

I used beacon ai for a website. (Never made a website)Domain name expired in beacon and beacon transfered me to Domain Agents. Domain agents had $20 negotiation fee paid it with unexpected offer. With a low budget and time consuming occurrence now I'm stuck with a risk of reputation, a long-term wait that can last over 70 days!, and no reply to offer. I'll remember this tragedy, this awful... mistake.

Overall it was pretty smooth. I might actually become a customer

I just started my first business and had secured my desired domain—but only the .co version, not the .com. When I saw the .com wasn’t being used, I decided to try reaching out to the owner. DomainAgents made the entire process easy for someone like me who isn’t technical. Their platform was straightforward, and I really appreciated the clear, step-by-step instructions for negotiating and claiming the domain. The escrow and payment process was also smooth—I always felt secure in the transaction. It was a smooth experience from start to finish!

Everything went smoothly and how it was expected.
I received an email out of the blue that someone wanted to purchase a domain I didn’t need anymore. I didn’t have it up for sale. So I was very skeptical. But to my surprise, it was legitimate. The process was easy, smooth and domain agents was very helpful with the process. Answered a lot of my questions immediately. They use escrow.com as their payment platform and I was skeptical about that. But that went very very well and I received my payment on time and in full. I needed the extra money so I was very happy that they reached out. Thank you for a pleasurable experience.
DomainAgents provides an easy to use platform for both buyers and sellers of domain names. The process is easy and secure. I like it much better than some of the competitors.

no like or dislike, its pretty much just an automated bidding service, probably lean dislike over the flat 10% fee practice, not to mention the auto send to escrow which adds its own fee.
I was the seller in the transaction. Everything worked out in the end and I got the full amount I was promised. But I was really troubled by their slow responses to communication. I even escalated to management with no response from management.
After the buyer's payment was in escrow, I immediately provided the transfer code via email as I was instructed to do, but 48 hours went by without them confirming receipt. They even falsely told me they hadn't received the code after I sent it. Then, they asked me to transfer the domain name via a different method, and were again slow to respond. I think when dealing in these high dollar amounts with high value property involved, and considering the fact that they conceal the buyer and seller identities from each other so you're forced into their process, they need to be more responsive and proactive because it creates unnecessary stress for both sides.
