The responses here are laughable , they keep saying to contact support , but support never replies . Also they say they pay $10 if u negotiate I did that months ago and haven’t seen a penny

While it's ok for privacy purposes from the other party, you can do the same or better reaching out to domain owners yourself without a 10% fee + 5% escrow fee + payment fee. There is technically some agent assigned to your offers but they don't seem to help the negotiation at all and seem to be a middle person who has to approve your offers/message so there is some delay.
Another problem is the final transaction. Even though you are registered on domainagents.com, now you also have to register on yet another web site (escrow.com)... that sounds fine until they ask for your drivers license, passport, etc... just for wanting to make a credit card payment for a nominal amount. Now you have lost what privacy you thought you were saving and endangered your personal information with yet another company.
Overall you would think an intermediary helps the process, but it seems like you are just adding more process.
Update: Downgrading my review from 2 stars to 1. It's been almost a week and domain still isn't fully transferred. Domainagents seems to think that is OK. "Note that our office is closed during the weekend." everything is manual, you are stuck with a bloated human workflow chain.

Very professional experience. Eric and Elsa stayed on top of the transaction through completion. Very smooth.

Domainagents.com contacted the domain 'owner' on our behalf to start a negotiation. We reached an agreement and the rest of the transaction would go through Escrow.com. We made the payment going through this process the seller would send the authorization code. However, the seller did not send the code and Escrow reached out to the seller, but found out that the 'seller' does not own the actual domain. It's very frustrating: how is it possible to connect your customer to a seller that doesnt own the actual domain? What makes matters worse is that domain agents does not respond to my messages. I have been sending 3 messages and I cannot reach them by phone. I hope this helps domain agents to respond and help finding a solution.

I was cold emailed by DomainAgents to sell one of my domain names. At first I was very skeptical. It took me some time to understand that they are only brokers. I gave them a try, signed up and made a counter offer to the buyer. After two exchanges of counter offers we settled on price and closed the transaction via Escrow. Their support is human based and is fast to respond. Highly recommended.

This was the first time in my life that I sold a domain name, and honestly, I had no idea how such a process would work. It was also a pretty large amount of money, at least for me, so I found it exciting and wanted to be absolutely sure everything would be safe and handled properly.

DomainAgents (and especially Elsa) helped me tremendously with this. The process took quite a while, as the buyer needed time to make their decision, and there were moments when I honestly thought the sale might not go through. But Elsa kept monitoring everything closely, staying in touch with the buyer and guiding the process step by step. Thanks to her persistence and professionalism, the sale was successfully completed in the end.

What I really appreciated is that they work with Escrow.com for the payment. That way, you know for certain that you’ll receive the funds once the buyer has received the domain name, it gave me a lot of peace of mind and confidence.

As a private individual doing this for the very first time, I felt very well supported. I’m very happy with the outcome, and grateful for the patient and personal guidance I received along the way.
