Charlie is really approachable and responsive, explains everything in a clear and professional manner and has a passion for this industry. The space is clean and calm. I got a glass skin facial as my first facial and it was relaxing but my skin is also already looking much better - smoother, brighter. Would definitely recommend Charlie.

Charlie was so easy to get along with, she made me feel at ease throughout my treatment. She had little things that made a big difference, for example a stress ball to hold when having the treatment done and a little home care bag. Charlie is so professional and welcoming when you arrive at your appointment. The location is easy to access and find. Her salon room is so clean and relaxed. I had my treatment and she was more than happy to discuss other available treatments and advise based on my questions. Absolutely cannot wait to book back in again.

I definitely recommend! I am not great with needles so started to feel a bit light headed but Charlie was great and allowed me to take the time I needed and made me feel so comfortable. Also my results look amazing!
