I ordered silver shoe laces for my 4 year olds tap shoes.
Order placed on Wednesday at 1.29pm, on a FedEx next day delivery.
The laces were only £1.38 but next day bumped it up to £8.63. A very simple order.
Thursday came and went, Friday I checked tracking and although it’s been generated, FedEx has yet to receive the parcel. Emailed them Friday morning with no response.
Very disappointed 4 year old as her dance show was Saturday morning and had no time to order elsewhere.
No customer service response and most of all, still no parcel 4 days later.

They accepted my order and i had no confirmation or contact from them only my paypal showing a payment. Six days after my order they refunded my payment with no explanation at all and they were more concerned about removing my post about how poor their customer service was than answering my messages and emails. Please avoid.

This is the third catsuit I have bought from Katz dancewear and I have been very pleased with the quality and service. I prefer a footless catsuit rather than stirrups and they are not easy to find so I was delighted to find Katz do them and in a wide range of colours. My recent purchase was a sleeveless Forest Green. The colour is perfect and the catsuit fits well. I am a "curvy"14 in clothes and the Size 5 (12-14) is just right.
There was a delay in delivery as it wasn't in stock due to demand and so my catsuit
had to be made by hand (a plus). The Katz team promptly informed me of the delay and I was given the option to let them know if the delay was acceptable, information on an alternative colour in stock, or to cancel my order. This was very efficient and helpful.
It was ordered on 29th April and dispatched on the 6th May so a shorter wait than I expected. Thank you.

Very bad experience with this company.
I ordered some shoes for a performance I was in.
Money was taken out of my account via PayPal, but no confirmation email.
Shoes ordered in March, performance has been and gone, shoes have still not arrived
I have emailed the company - no reply. There is no telephone number in which I can contact them.
So in summary, the only thing they have managed to do in the whole process is charge me money, no product and no communication.

My husband ordered me some dance shoes for Christmas when I opened them they looked fine, when I tried them on they had a nail sticking out of the heel which stuck in my heel! Contacted them and at first they said send them back, pay for postage and they will reimburse the cost of postage when they get them, and they will send out another pair then after my husband wrapped them back up, and was actually waiting in the post office to send them back, they rang and said don't send them back, keep them and they will send out a new pair. That was the beginning of January, it's now the 20th and we are still waiting. My husband has sent them another email asking when are they going to arrive and has heard nothing.
UPDATE I got a new pair sent to me 2 weeks ago which was the beginning of February. Not the colour I originally ordered, I would have had to wait another month to get those so I chose a black sparkly pair, they are perfect and look lovely. So after a shaky start we got there in the end!

Horrendous Company!
I ordered around 10 items a month ago, they got back to me a week later stating some items out of stock and could take 7-10 working days, I say fine proceed, now they no longer respind to messages!

Absolutely brilliant customer service! Items are shipped quickly and received within 48 hours usually.
Unlike a similar website based in Worcester, that also sell dance shoes... that don't have any reviews on here, strangely...

My husband purchased some jazz boots in the sale a few months back and worn them for the first time last night at class. An hour later and the soles of both boots had completely disintegrated and the heels had fallen off!! You could tell the shoes hadnt been worn before as there was no crease lines and the sole was immaculate apart from it come away from the boot!
Visited the shop this afternoon with the boots and they refused a refund or credit note and wouldn’t replace them with any other boots or shoes. They said they don’t do refunds even thou I asked for a credit note to put towards more shoes or even a replacement pair! Unbelievable

I love Katz dance shoes because they are super comfortable and made in UK! My latest purchase was the Cuban heel Greek sandals in glitter animal print. What's not to like? They look great and I'm sure they will draw admiring looks from my dancing buddies.

I ordered a body stocking but when it arrived it was more a leotard and not as described. I returned the item highlighting that the product was not as described and therefore I should have received a full refund, however I only received a partial refund and my email to them querying this was ignored.

Paid £12.50 for guaranteed Saturday delivery before 1pm. The shoes never arrived despite receiving an email yesterday stating my order had been dispatched. There is no tracking number even though this is a trackable service. I’ve had to go out and spend a fortune on shoes this morning from a local company. 100% would not buy from this company again.

Ordered some shoes for organ playing (boys character shoes). Absolutely perfect for this. Went for half a size larger than normal, becauses of wide width. Perfect fit and ideal heel height and made in England too. I think they ought to advertise organ shoes..... So difficult to find at a reasonable price.

The shop itself looked lovely & had lots to offer but, the lady serving was so rude and abrupt I and my husband didn’t want to purchase anything from her based on that alone! Customer Service is as important as buying goods…. I really don’t like leaving a bad review 😕

Purchased Katz black glitter Greek dance sandal . Wore them last night to a dance night not impressed the back heel of shoe kept folding down don’t think they will last very long . Won’t be recommending this shoes for vigorous jiving

As an adult doing ballet for fun and fitness, I struggle to find dancewear that's not sized only for athletic teenage girls/young ladies. Katz leotards go up to size 16ish, are great value and very comfortable, come in loads of colours and styles, and they post super-fast. Customer service is helpful and honest if something is out of stock or on backorder. I can vouch for the tights too.

I've ordered my ballet skirt from this company recently.
The options, sizes and prices are great.
The skirt size I ordered was not in stock but they gave me the options to either choose another or wait a few days for my size to be made.
I chose the latter and I received an email a couple of days later letting me know my order had been made and was despatched.
I received it the day after their email.
