I’m a detailer who has been looking to get premium products for a good price and shipping, and detailing shack has given me this. The delivery was super quick. (2 days) and was free! And the product price was the cheapest I found.
Will definitely be buying from these guys again!

I just don't bother with going to anywhere else for car cleaning/ detailing. Make these guys your one and only choice and you won't regret anything!!!

Ordered 5L of Bilt Hambler snow foam…
Ordered 5L of Bilt Hambler snow foam through Amazon which never arrived. Apparently they don’t think they have distance selling responsibility and I have to drive over an hour to pick it up.
Effectively taking your money and not delivering goods.
Regarding thier reply, below, to one of thier customers, who placed an order in good faith, and paid. Our contract implies the item is delivered, not picked up from a depot not on our choosing, miles away and which requires driving past a Halfords store? If the courier behaves like a magpie, and keeps what they should be delivering, I suggest you use a reliable delivery company in future. CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS OF PARCEL FORCE, AND THE LACK OF REPLIES FROM MANAGEMENT. DONT SHOOT THE MESSENGER! This is why you get 1 star.

What star rating do you expect when we didn’t get the goods!! Three weeks to get a refund, which contrary to your reply, we HAVE NOT yet received, as this is written.

WE WERE IN at the time they claimed to deliver, and can prove it. How dare you blame the customer for your choice of courier. We have CCTV, and it shows no Parcel Force van or attempted delivery anywhere in the window on the tracked system.
WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE OUR CCTV?? Yes or no?
Take your anger out on Parcel Force. They have this item, not us. If they won’t return it to you I suggest you contact Gwent Police, who are most welcome to come and look at our CCTV, and then inspect the depot it was supposedly taken back to.

Not sure on why you have written this review, you ordered a product from us and weren’t in for delivery. As a result this is then returned to your local delivery depot which as you stated is 30mins away. Unfortunately I don’t control where people live and where delivery depots are built.
You wanted a refund instead which you have received and we are are now trying to turn the item round and receive it back. I feel a 1 star review is unfair given you have been refunded for not wanting to collect an item you purchased from a company that dispatched it to you that same day.
Update: Ok Philip, next time you order a product via an online service make sure you’re in to receive your delivery save everybody the hassle.
