Courteous professional staff members repair on my car was 1st class job sent regular updates and the status of the repair.
If I need any bodywork carried out on my car in the future definitely use DLG

Forgot to add when I collected the car it was gleaming like showroom condition

The guys were great coming to take my wee car away and bringing me a courtesy car. Same on the way back. Very efficient. Was very happy with the work DLG had done on my car.

Great customer service when dealing with queries on the phone and kept up to date with text messages.

However that is where the good ends as the car had to go back in to have the repair re-done.

The wheel had been poorly refurbished and how that was missed I don't know. Also there were runs and blemishes in the paint and you could see where the rods had been inserted to pull the dents out, didn't even bother to fill the holes, just painted over them.

Got the car back after fixing the fix and there is off spray of what looks like paint on the drivers windscreen pillar, door mirror and both driver and passenger door pillars.

The inside of the rear passenger door you can see where they tapped out the dent as the paint is chipped. Some of the work on the inside of the drivers door is now coming away and you can see the filler.

Really unacceptable and poor.

Their response of contacting them to rectify is a joke, 2 botched jobs why would I want you to try and fix again.

Original review was 2 stars but reduced to 1 star. Really poor and unacceptable repair work.

Whilst the work itself was of a good standard the communication was appalling and they took about 2 weeks longer than they should have due to forgetting to order parts.

Helpful service and a competent repair.

My car has been in DLG Glasgow three times for three different incidents/accident repairs, first time was OK, second time my car came back with new scratches on the roof, and this time the repair is sub standard.

Fast, professional and seemless service.

This place got my car on January 25th. As of today, 3rd of April I have had nothing but excuses from them for what was originally meant to be an easy fix. There's been excuses of unavailable parts for a brand new Peugeot 2008! Now today they tell me that they will need to send the car to a "specialist", and if the "specialist" can't fix it then it will go to a Peugeot dealer. I've never heard anything like it! That is now 70 days since the date my car went to them. What's really going on DLG?

Absolutely outstanding job. My car was collected and returned, all sorted, in less then a week! She had a wee dent and scrapes to be fixed. She was returned good as new. I was kept informed of the progress of the repair throughout. All of the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Well done DLG I would happily recommend you to anyone. Thank you!

Great communication and delivered as promised

Good communication with the repairs. Friendly guys who picked up and dropped off my car. I was told my car would be clean inside and out, Wasnt a good job inside.
