Excellent repair and very understanding a and very courteous and helpful at s stressful time.

I had some damage to my vehicle and arranged repair at DLG Auto in Heywood and they made everything so simple - a lovely guy came to pick up my car and drop courtesy car off - they kept me updated throughout via phone calls even when there was a delay in parts being delivered they called and kept me updated and then once my work was completed I got a call and within 24 hours my car was dropped back off and I was given detailed report of all the work they had done , a lovely man collected my courtesy car and wow they had done an excellent job and it genuinely looked like a new car - would highly recommend

Helped me navigate the process and held my hand every step of the way.
In particular Gorgia stood out for her wonderful customer service. Georgia helped me plan the repairs, the booking in, the courtesy car,
She helped with literally everything, showed me how to connect my phone to the courtesy car and even remembered to delete my phone when I handed the car back, if not for her, many future customers would have been stuck with my music playlist, that would have been "interesting" for some of them.

I recommend DLG now aviva in welwyn garden city as a professional, organised, helpful 😀 place for car repairs, expect to be treated really well by a lovely team. And ps, they do high quality repairs, my volvo xc40 looked better than new on completion of the works.

DLG staff were very professional and courteous. The standard of their work can be highly recommended. The repair to our car was completed in good time and the finish was exceptional. The car had been cleaned and was returned looking as good as new.

One mistake let it all down
The bodywork repair finish was great
Pick up and drop off was great
Speed of repair as great
But they failed to properly put the interior door panel or the window seals back on correctly and had to come out to my house to fix it.
Need to ensure someone quality control checks before vehicle goes back to customer

DLG handled the car repairs efficiently and we were pleased with the work carried out.
My only criticism is that they didn't update us on how the repairs were progressing when we asked them to but otherwise, very good.

Tom, from the Heywood branch, is brilliant and unflappable, literally going out of his way due to road closures, whilst managing to keep to schedules. Super-friendly and very professional. Our car was repaired and delivered back to us ahead of time, and in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

I’ve had a few repairs done by the Aylesbury garage now and can’t fault them. They communicate with you at each stage of the work. The car always comes back sparking and like new.. just wish they didn’t private work and not just through insurance.

Excellent service from beginning to end. I was kept informed about my car all the time it was in the garage. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The repair was done to a high standard and was returned clean with a complimentary air freshner which smells fresh. If I require any work on my car in the future, I will be taking it to DLG Auto Services. I fully recommend them.

last update on "repair app" was 4/9, 10 days to change a wheel, told me it would be ready Monday, today is Wednesday and they told me the part is only arriving tomorrow, i told them its my 60th tomorrow and i would really like my car back but i dont think it will happen, not happy at all and i wont use them again. 7 days to order a wheel what a joke!!
update 10/9 got a call this afternoon to tell me that they ordered the wrong wheel so now it will take another week for the right one to come in, I was shocked they actually have my car so how could they order the wrong parts??? Told me that it’s going to take a week because my car is brand new and they have to get out from manufacture as they don’t have spares…. So is my car is the only brand new Nissan in the UK that they don’t have spares in the UK?? Such a load of crap!!! I’m shocked at the lies I’m shocked that they even admitted to ordering the wrong part with no shame so far 10 days for a new wheel and I’ve been told the part will take a week to arrive!!! Never again
