I have paid on 28 08 2021 a Stihl Connector with Pn ST4756 701 6500 including its transport according to the diagram of the parts displayed by DIY Spare Parts .
I have received on 01 09 20121 by email Delivery notes with no. 015974 according to invoices with no. 020736.
Today we are on September 11, 2011 and I did not receive the necessary part for the Stihl pressure washer for which I paid.
Could you please tell me through whom you sent it, and no. transport or reference no to see where it is now ?

Excellent quality product from a great company.

I always get the right parts quickly. The exploded views mean I can order the correct part. This is so much better than other suppliers where you have to almost guess.

I would recommend you contact this business for help finding parts because they responded promptly to my request for help and refunded my money as soon as they got the wrong parts that I ordered back from me. I was a little worried that shipping between Hawaii and the UK would take forever but it didn't. I would definitely use DiY Spare Parts again.

I ordered a part for my stiga mower and paid for it. I then cancelled the part a few days later and asked for a refund. The money was refunded within 24 working hours (Bank holiday weekend). I read some pretty grim reviews of this company, so I just wanted to say my experience was very good and I honestly couldn't fault them.

I have a ageing Echo hedge cutter and this site provided good spare parts detail, once selected the parts they where speedily sent by mail. Excellent service, highly recommended. In fact emailed the link to my son who needed spares for his machines.

Read all negative reviews and avoid this company. Note that they have no listed email address, only available via Trustpilot. Otherwise impossible to contact. Ordered a lawnmower belt listed as in stock. Waited and waited, nothing. No acknowledgement of order though payment was taken immediately. Part never arrived. Company only took an interest when I obtained an email address via Trustpilot. Refund eventually obtained, although there was never any explanation as to why part not sent. My impression is that they take the money with no intention of supplying, leaving customers to get fed up and give up on getting anywhere with a refund, writing off the experience. If not for Trustpilot I would have lost my money. Avoid.
...... What is misleading to the customer is the suggestion that items are in stock and therefore available for delivery, which they are clearly not.
Had the item been showing as out of stock I would not have purchased it. Avoid.

I ordered parts for my 16 year old Honda hedge trimmer from DIY Spare Parts and they all arrived fairly quickly. Two parts did not fit despite being the correct part numbers from the Honda parts diagram. Jon was fantastic at following this one up for me with Honda direct. He persevered even although Honda were slow to react. He also kept me regularly updated. His perseverance did eventually pay off and he did manage to get the correct parts to me after a few weeks. Many thanks Jon.

Ordered and paid for spares on 20th July. Given up waiting, bought a new mower. Nobody answers the phone or responds to emails. Do not use this company.

BTW no one gets 5 stars from me unless they have changed the world, or dug me out of a hole.

The Company prices it’s goods competitively but is difficult to contact, both on line and by phone. If parts are ordered on line, ensure that you have the exact part number. I ordered the wrong part, and initially struggled to get a response by either phone or email to a request to secure either a refund or it’s replacement with the correct part, however I have now heard back from the company and am hopeful that everything will be brought to a successful conclusion.

Excellent service, on time , easy to order, have ordered before.

Ordered a Hot Air Gun element on 4th August from VisionSpares (trading as DIY Spare Parts), apart from initial order acceptance, no communications from them until i sent a e-mail and 2 x web requests to them , then they responded on Saturday 14th August to say "chasing your order on a daily basis and hope to have it dispatched as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation once your items have been dispatched " , then today 16th they just Cancelled my order, refunded my money, but absolutely NO reason given, very poor , will never try this Company again.
