What an amazing customer service. Ordered a tin of paint Saturday 6th, needed to finish off decorating,delivery was due Tuesday as its a Bank Holiday weekend. Asked if they could do any quicker and it arrives Sunday the next day. Thats excellent service. Thank you.

They had exactly what I needed and cheaper than I could find it anywhere else. Delivered the next day, great quality product. Trustworthy and reliable, recommended.

I purchased 7 of the same window films with the intention of fitting them throughout my house. However, after installing the first I decided to wait a few days to see if it had the desired effect and unfortunately the film separated from the window. I decided to give the benefit of doubt and remove and refit a new film whilst doing another 2 of the windows in my house. After a few days passed the films began to seperate on every single window the film was fitted on. I followed the instructions exactly.

The customer service have made absolutely no effort to resolve the matter and instead just reject my return request. Don't even bother using them, faulty products and dire customer service. AVOID!

This review was made in error because of another company using exact same name. Sincere apologies for the mistake. I tried immediately to remove the review, but was unsuccessful. I am so sorry. That is most unfair to you, and should not have happened. I should also add, that your response to the unjustified criticism was the epitomy of professional and gentlemanly conduct, and is a credit to your company. Once again, sincere apologies. I will take absolute care in the future when writing reviews. Thank-you.

Poor products impossible returns process the customer service basically make things up. Will not ever use again. Screw fix or trade station as cheap and take anything back.

More misinformation from a company you should avoid.
They just make stuff up. Avoid at all cost. Just my view.

Product sent out quickly, very efficient.
I ordered 10 stainless steel mending plates 60mm x 38mm, punched out of stainless steel plate, with 4 fixing holes and a protective film. Ideal for what I wanted them for. However, the 4th side is somewhat rough and the corners on that side are not perfectly curved so I’ve needed to use a file to finish them off. If you are going to use them where they’re going to be seen and they have to look the part then take it that you are going to have to do some filing to get them to the standard that is required !!

I bought a set to hang my gate on, then a mate asked me to purchase a set for him he was that impressed
