Disappointing
The initial service was excellent. However although I have received a message to say that I have been refunded no payment has gone into my bank which has disappointed me greatly.

Very prompt and the correct product. Would give 5 but the product had instructions that were unreadable as if photocopied so many times the pictures were indecipherable which I am sure has nothing to do with DIY Direct

Very promptly delivered
Very promptly delivered, but it wasn’t clear who was delivering the package. I got an email saying I could track the parcel but it wasn’t clear how to do this. When I’d worked this out TNT/FedEx had no knowledge of the package. Our postman delivered it!
Product is fine and does the job but it does have projections at the back which would make it difficult to attach to a hard surface.
