Distinct Cremations dealt with all aspects of mum's funeral and cremation in a dignified and respectful way. They treated us with kindness and compassion, and kept us informed about what would happen when. They clearly explained to us the options and choices available to us, and we never felt pressured or obligated in any way. Mum's wedding ring and her ashes were safely returned to us, with the lady returning mum's ashes arriving at exactly the time she said she would. My brother and I are glad we chose Distinct Cremations to take care of mum's cremation.

Throughout the whole process Distinct Cremations were dignified, respectful and very supportive with carrying out the services we had bought. There was one person who gave dedicated time to handling the details needed, which was very much appreciated given the sensitive nature of what our family was going through.

Over charges customers then try to keep your money for a service not provided when you want to leave them to go to another funeral parlour shame on company don't no how to look after customers now just keep changing n making up rules to bloody suit them, all they bothered about is how much money they can make out of living n dead needs investigating this company as something is not right
