Ordered prescription sun glasses which stated you would receive them in a couple of days
When I actually ordered them and got the email confirming it said 7 days.
I was really disappointed as I needed them asap for a holiday.
I eventually received them the day I got home from my holiday
So it was 2 weeks
Wouldn’t use them again

Our prescription tinted lenses are made to order and have an advertised production time of 7–10 working days. Unfortunately, prescription sunglasses are not available on our Express Service due to the additional manufacturing process required.

Good glasses at reasonable prices
I ordered some bifocal specs to try out to see if I could get on with them glad I did.the frames are well made lenses were 35 pound with anti glare 18 pound for the frames I just uploaded a picture of my prescription Direct sight done the rest.I will be trying verifocal soon to see how I get on with them also.Spending 3 to 4 hundred pound on glasses your be renewing in two years is madness! update.. still no glasses, online chat was confidently guessing (BS) then ghosted me... I don't know where I stand, why I don't have the glasses yet, and this request for an update really might not be what you expected but this is really shabby service!

Good glasses at reasonable price
I took a chance on this company before reading reviews. Thought I had made an error reading some reviews. All I can say my spectacles which are distance glasses with transition lenses with thinning for £160 are very good . More than satisfied at speed of service and the spectacles received.

Ordered from these guys for a while. The last pair i received were broken. Refused to refund express delivery which was close to £15. offered replacement or refund but not for the lenses only frames. Shocking customer service. Dont trust a company that makes millions but doesnt help customers when things go wrong
