No delivery after nearly 2 weeks
No delivery after nearly 2 weeks, no tracking for updates. Yet to receive any glasses.
Update: I paid £4.95 for delivery which you'd expect to be quite decent, 10 working days later, no glasses or no update. The initial time frame for my prescription was 3-5 days, it is now 15 days later. I ordered due to this being a UK company, I could have ordered from Firmoo (China) and received 2-4-1 glasses in this time frame. Just a heads up if you are expecting a quick delivery or at this point a delivery at all!

We have advised to allow a little extra time for your parcel to arrive. As outlined on our website, if an order has still not been received after 10 working days, we ask customers to get back in touch so we can investigate with Royal Mail and arrange the appropriate next steps if required.
Our Team always aims to provide the most appropriate guidance based on the information available at the time, while ensuring every customer receives a fair and prompt resolution should their parcel not arrive.

Very disappointed with my experience…
Very disappointed with my experience with direct sight. The pricing was fair and the interface was simple and effective. But the package was sent to number 181 and i live at 185. Due to this, the package wasn't delivered and i had to contact direct sight for the tracking information and i reocognise the doorstep of the neighbours house. They were confused because the package had their address but they didn't recognise my name. It's bizarre that they don't automate the packaging stage to prevent this issue

Expected delivery date was 17th June. Arrived on 3rd July after I rang twice enquiring.
Shame no weekend work is carried out to hit promised dates especially in the recent strong sunny weather.

I normally wear varifocals but, for driving and being outdoors, single vision is more than adequate. I ordered and pair of 'cheap' prescription sunglasses and am very impressed by the quality of the frame!

I tried a few online stores before this one, but, Direct Sight were the easiest to use. Plus, they used the average PD, other stores you couldn’t order without it. Great selection of frames and colours. Thinking of getting another pair. Highly recommended. Delivery was fairly quick. Only point I would raise is, a case and cloth would have been nice.

Not quite 'sunglasses'
Ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses; apart from it taking two weeks for delivery, my main disppointment was that the lens was just not dark enough to work as sunglasses. It is literally a 'tint'.
