Glasses are fine, although I have a prism in one lens so had to pay £25 extra, and the glasses took longer to arrive.

I still haven't received it!
I still haven't received it. When I contacted customer services I was told to wait until the weekend; despite delivery dated being estimated as 30.06!
In addition, when I asked for a tracking number, I was told there wasn't one because it was Royal Mail standard. Which FYI is absolute nonsense as RM provides tracking numbers for all packages including standard shipping. I know this because of purchases with other retailers!
Very poor service and I will be seeking a refund/replacement for the parcel I did not receive!

I have bought from Direct Sight before…
I have bought from Direct Sight before without issue but this time my new glasses were bent due to poor packaging so I had to send them back at my own expense nearly £4 for a replacement pair even though I could have just asked for a refund but fortunately the replacement glasses are fine !
