From your order, we can see that the glasses were supplied for Computer use. You had confirmed that your Reading prescription provided was confirmed as being suitable for both computer and reading distances. However, if the lenses don't feel quite right in practice, we'd like to understand why and work with you to find a solution.

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order. Unfortunately, it appears your glasses were damaged during transit and we sincerely apologise for this. The condition in which you received them was not representative of the quality we expect our customers to receive.

To resolve the issue, we offered to send you a replacement order with additional protective packaging to help prevent any further transit damage upon return. Unfortunately, this option was declined.

We're sorry we couldn't reach a resolution that met your expectations. Nevertheless, we do appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue to improve both our products and our packaging.

We're very sorry that your experience has left you feeling this way. We completely understand how upsetting it is for a frame to be damaged during the reglazing process and we sincerely apologise that this happened.

As outlined in our previous correspondence, we offered a number of resolutions in an effort to reach a fair outcome. These included remaking your lenses into one of our own frames at no additional cost, fitting the lenses into an alternative frame if you were able to provide one, or issuing a full refund for the reglazing service and returning your damaged frame.

At no point did we ask you to make any additional payment. Our intention was to provide practical options to resolve the situation as fairly as possible.

We appreciate that these solutions did not meet your expectations, and we're genuinely sorry that we were unable to reach a resolution that you were happy with.
