The frames
The frames, I had chosen were too big and even though the prescription had been made up, I was able to exchange them for a smaller frame. I had very helpful and satisfactory advice on which frames to choose from. And my new choice was returned very promptly.

I have used this company 3 times in recent weeks, every one was received quickly and all items were of excellent quality, even my new lenses for my old Raybans.
Lastly but importantly, they can be contacted in person by phone with no robots involved.

A lucky mistake....
I only found your website by mistake,and ordered my glasses in optimism as they were such a reasonable price including thinner lenses,under £40!
My last glasses,from a local optometrist,were over £300! I can honestly say,yours are more comfortable.i ve just been shopping and forgot I had them on!

Should've known it was too good to be true
I scoured the internet for a pair of Rimless glasses on next day delivery. I finally found them on the Direct Sight website so I purchased.
For ease I saw the perfect pair of readers and added them both on next day delivery. I was happy to pay the £16.95 delivery charge. Unfortunately when I put the transaction through the next day delivery had removed from both glasses in the cart. I called the company as I needed the rimless ones ASAP and so called them and the lady very kindly added the next day bit on over the phone. I asked if it was because the rimless couldn't be done for next day and she completely reassured me it would be despatched by the end of the day with the reading glasses I ordered and they'd both be there. I also emailed a lady called Maria. When a couple hours later it showed the readers dispatched not the rimless I emailed again and was told it wasn't a problem. I dont think I would've minded so much if I wasn't sent a message saying the following: It was dispatched 2 days ago, then another telling me the rimless are "complex lense, difficult pair to make swiftly".
If that is the case - DO NOT OFFER THEM ON NEXT DAY DELIVERY!!! I could've taken my business elsewhere. Also there is no tracking information given which is very frustrating.

You had confirmed that your Reading prescription provided was confirmed as being suitable for both computer and reading distances.
