It was easy to order just down load the prescription, price compared to the high street was very good. I made mistake with one pair of glasses. And they have rectified this no problem. Would recommend.

Hands down the absolute BEST customer service I have ever received.
I ordered what I thought were sunglasses with my prescription, I was due to go on holiday later that week.
I very quickly realised I’d ordered clear lenses. With it being a Sunday, I raised a ticket and very promptly, Zoe responded and helped me change my order over, and help with my queries.
She kept me updated on all of the progress and over all was very polite and a breath of fresh air.
My glasses were received Friday morning, just in time for my holiday.
Extremely grateful for Zoe’s help.

Easy to order as I know my prescription, and online ordering process clear. Very reasonable price (basic varifocals, simple frames).
As soon as I put them on they were comfortable and prescription was accurate, immediately they were great to wear.
Only dropped one star as advertised speed of delivery was not met...but still it was not a long wait.

Looking at your order, we received it on 3rd July and dispatched your glasses on 8th July, which was within our advertised production timeframe for Varifocal lenses. It's possible the additional time was with the standard Royal Mail delivery service, but we completely understand that when you're waiting for new glasses, every extra day can feel like a long one!

Our glasses are securely packaged in a protective sleeve inside a sturdy box to ensure they arrive safely, while also allowing us to use a convenient letterbox-friendly delivery option. We don't currently include a glasses case or pouch as standard and appreciate this may not have been what you were expecting.
Every pair of prescription glasses we produce are individually manufactured using the prescription supplied when the order is placed. For data protection reasons, we don't include personal prescription details or identification paperwork inside the package.
