Very poor quality jumper
Very poor quality jumper. It’s a very poor synthetic material and quite rough to wear. We are only going with it because of the school logo and colour, otherwise, it does not offer good value at all. The return charges are high, and the refund process takes ages. I am still chasing the refund.

‘Computer said no!’
Uniform expensive for what it is and when trying to return/exchange something over the 30day period i was told the system doesn't allow it?
What am I supposed to do with brand new uniform that doesn't fit my child anymore?
I realise every business has policies but this isn't like buying something in a high street store… i don't want a refund but if I could exchange it for something that would be helpful don't you think?… hence the 3-stars!

I went to the actual shop and was told the items I was after were out of stock and a week later they were available online so I purchased them again online and two weeks later, I have not received neither of the order.
