Troy seemed great at first, eager to work on updating our website. Starting as a small business we love supporting other small businesses and giving them the opportunity to grow. At first Troy was great with communication and fairly quick to show me things he had done that improved our web page. Last December (2022) he called me wanting to revamp the page so I gave him the green light with a few ideas, paid him and waited. His responses and communication started to slow down and he missed appointments to show me what he had done with no call or text. I gave him a lot of grace and was understanding with whatever excuse he had and then I just stopped hearing from him all together.

The last time I called I left a message giving him one last opportunity to make things right and I have yet to hear back.

I hope Troy figures out the right way to do business. There’s a good chance it will start out good and then he’ll scam you in the end, take your payment and run.

We are a small company and wanted a website made, troy reached out and promised alot but under delivered. Communication was great at first then became non existence. Gave him a few thousand dollars and never got our website done and he refuses to respond. After 2 years of waiting I gave up and finally decided to write this review. Don't go with this company if you don't wanna be robbed. I even asked for a refund and no response. Worst experience our company has had with any other person/company in 80 years we've been in business. Definitely not how you do business troy. Very disappointing

We were referred to work with this company by another business that had previously worked with them. The experience was top-notch. They had an efficient process of gathering the information and other resources to construct a website that we are very happy with. They have continued to offer ongoing support and are knowledgeable and fast when we need help.

As new business owners we inherited a website from the old owners. It was a mess and we had no idea where to go. We were referred to this company from a friend who'd worked with them in the past. They were able to locate our domain, set up or emails and our new site is amazing.

Took my money and promised a lot but never delivered. Won’t respond to texts and hasn’t returned my money.

The website turned out beautifully. The whole process only took about 3 weeks, communication went smoothly and we are happy with the result.

Digital Powerups did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them again.

As a small Business it was a big deal to invest in having our website built but one we were excited to make. Unfortunately we got very little communication from digital power ups, none in the last 30 days and no website. So our investment is gone and we are now building our own website so we can get up and running. So disappointed with the whole process and lost money.

Troy did a great job getting our website fine tuned. Very responsive and was very helpful answering my questions. Definitely recommend.

I would recommend this company if you're looking for a website designer, Troy came in and got my website up and running in just a few weeks he continues to call to see how everything is working and to see if we have any questions or concerns, that's what I call customer service he is an amazing person to work with.
