Lack of service and fraudulent charges:

First, the account representative on my account did literally nothing for 3 months; second, they offered me 3 months free—which was nice, but the service was lazy and poorly executed; lastly, they started charging my account after confirming it was canceled, and they’ve ignored my attempts contact them and have the charges removed considering I did not authorize the account to reset and be billed again.

Part 1:
I paid $299 for the promotion service on August 29, 2024.

A man named Jason was in control of the account for the service I purchased, and it was a full month before they made the first post for promotion.

Jason kept apologizing and making excuses for why they hadn’t started my campaign.

There had been at least 4 instances where Jason notified me that he and his team were going forward with the promotion. I wish I could share the screenshots of these texts. You’d be horrified to see how Jason handled things.

One text, “Hi, I have a been out of the office with Covid, I’m in this morning and have your account infront, posting is starting officially. Account is aged and ready to go, posting starting”

Days later, it had been:
- 20 days without a post since he said posting is “starting officially.”
- 26 days since the last post on the account.
- 77 days since I paid $299 for the service.

Mind you, Jason and his team have only posted a total of 6 times in the 77 days since I paid them, and 5 of those posts used the same photo.

Of the 5 photo posts, 3 of them were auto modded and removed from Reddit. So it was 77 days for 2 photo posts and one text post.

Jason has ignored 20 messages over a 3 week period.

I paid $299, and Jason and the Millennial Marketers team had given me nothing in return. They essentially just stole my money.

Part 2:
Another representative replied to an email when I reported Jason’s lack of service. This person was Stephanie, and Stephanie offered 3 months of the service for free, AND offered to reimburse the original charge.

Mind you—the offer to reimburse was never honored and that $299 was never returned.

They did 3 months of posting, but it was lazy and overall an extremely poor service. A few posts most days of the week using the same photos, the same captions, and posted to the same subreddits. A bunch of posts were auto-modded, some of them required verification which Millennial didn’t provide, so the posts were removed. They never once contacted me to share insight or posting strategies. It was just lazy posting that offered minimal return.

Part 3:
I received an email from Millennial confirming, on December 3, 2024, that my my subscription was canceled.

On January 28, 2025, I was billed $299.

After 4 emails over 3 weeks, no reply.

Billed $299 again yesterday, February 27, 2025 and still no replies after more emails were sent.

I had to report the charges as fraud to my account.

So Millennial took $299 from me in August and did nothing for nearly 3 months. Then offered a refund and gave me 3 months of lazy service, except the refund never came. Then, after awful service, billed me 2 more months for a service I canceled.

Horrible company.

THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING! They helped me grow my page from around 5k per month to $37k the last 30d! I started in October and things have definitely progressed significantly!! I can’t be more grateful 🥲 thank you!!!!!

All went well at the start.
However after I cancelled the subscription (and got the confirmation of cancellation)
I was charged twice 2 months after...
No one answers my e-mails and no answers the whatsapp...

Can’t say much more than this company knows exactly what they are doing. I have been struggling to grow my page for a year+ now and the difference is night and day. I am frankly more impressed by their customer service than any agency I have ever worked with.
By far the best i have worked with.. the results have been life changing for me

I have tried a few cheap growth services, but nothing like the millennial marketers…

I signed up and got a welcome message from Stephanie, and was told to schedule a call over Calendly with Jason.

First off, it was amazing to get to talk to my account manager, most of these services don’t even care to speak to you.

I got on the phone with Jason, and wow, I was not expecting someone so knowledgeable on marketing! He gave me so much value over the phone, and communicated the process in detail with me, and explained what path would benefit my business the best rather than just having a cookie cutter plan that other growth services give you

If you’re choosing between a few services, I’d recommend the millennial marketers over them all! Their customer service is down of the best I’ve ever come across and speaking to a real person that knows what they’re talking about is the cherry on top!

WOW. Exceptional. Back in August, my friend referred me to this company to help me gain followers for my Etsy store's instagram account.

I hopped on a call with Jason and he's very well spoken. Fast forward almost 6 months, and my stores sales are up over 70% and I get a few DM's per day on my instagram to create custom products.

It's been a long time due, so I decided to leave a review. This company deserves it! I'm a customer for LIFE!

Poor results.

When you want to cancel, suddenly they ignore your emails.

Via chat, they promised to cancel and send you a cancellation confirmation, did not happen.

Do not use.

2 years later and I still have to clean my fake boys they sent over. I was their top tier client for 3 months paying 299 per monthZ just saw they don’t offer this price anymore, now it’s all cheaper- wonder why. After coupon weeks of artificially inflated likes and loads of fake followers I would email them asking what the heck is this- they told me that’s “perf of the strategy”. There was no strategy- basically fake bots and fake likes on hopes that someone sees your account buzzing and will follow you. Didn’t get one quality lead from them. Yes, they would respond to my emails when I would ask about it but “strategy” didn’t change. So after 3 months and $900 I canceled. I have proofs of payment and emails- if you care I can show you and these reviews must be as real as my likes from then 😬

Would give them zero stars if I could. They are literally the worst..they don't give your money back even if they don't get results. Literally got ZERO..yes ZERO FOLLOWERS even though they promise over a 1000 new followers/month. Thank God I didn't opt for a more premium service. RUN RUN RUN. Please. So many other things they did that were just wack

Been using Millennial Marketers for couple of months for my Instagram business account growth and Ads. Starting from the first week you can easy notice the consistent growth to your followers and engagement. For ads you can’t find anyone better than them as it’s cheaper than others and provide better optimization and results.
