Customer service is non existent. Made an on line order and product received in wrong size. Quality of coffee cup is poor! Really surprised that Jeremy would be associated with something so poor!

I want a full refund!

Today we visited diddly squat farm we got there about 10.30 ish parked the car no problem. We decided to get some breakfast we had a sausage roll and a bacon roll tea and coffee it was very nice. We then joined the queue for the farm shop it took around 50 minutes not too bad. We got some bits from the shop had a great experience thanks

Ordered goods and paid for next day service- total of £39.07 on 13th June - 12 1/2 weeks ago. I sent weekly emails chasing the order and each time Ned replied apologising and promised the order would be shipped within 3 days. After 7 weeks I asked for a refund which still hasn't been processed. I cannot believe a business with such a high profile can treat its customers like this. 1 star seems too high - feel like I have been robbed ☹️

As with the previous reviewer, I returned an item as incorrect item sent. Two weeks later and still no replacement has been received and no return postage refund. If Jeremy is serious about running an online shop, he needs to sort his processes out as they are absolutely shocking. I would not recommend buying anything from them. After much ado, the issue was eventually resolved.

I ordered a t-shirt which arrived promptly but was the wrong design and size. I returned it as instructed by Ned, emailed the receipt and nothing. I've emailed several times and am now being ignored. I am going to contact Trading Standards now, l'm not sure how else to recover my money.
I wonder if Jeremy is aware of this very poor service?

Came to the farm today - brought friends visiting from overseas - shame ques were so long - but that just goes to show how popular you are.

Only one thing I want to mention - ladies/ disabled toilet facilities rather lacking as one was blocked with broken flush- but my main concern is the disabled toilet is not really up to being called a disabled toilet. You’d have a hard job getting a manual wheelchair in there, let alone an electric one. I know it’s a farm - but you’re better off not saying you have one as it’s misleading. I work with disabled children everyday and if I read there was a disabled toilet, I’d like to be able to think I or they could use it.

I ordered a sheep jumper in early May. The money was taken straight away. I've not received this jumper and despite emailing three times, have not heard anything either.

Received a T shirt as a present ordered by my daughter. Looked ok visually but after 3 wears and one wash developed a hole at centre of back. You could see it was a manufacturing fault. Took pics etc and contacted dsf expecting they would be happy to replace. How wrong was I? Not interested as it had been washed and apparently worn “multiple times” Recommend you don’t buy unless you are happy for clothing items to last a week. Don’t think I’ve ever been treated to such a poor customer service experience…

Overall we really really love visiting this farm. The products a good quality and some of the food we had we loved however the beef burger was a bit disappointing and dry
What makes the day hard are the queues we did not find the parking an issue but the line to get into the shop was insane and an over an hour
. However the food line was a lot shorter and there weren't many seats.
Overall such a stunning area with great produce somewhat ruined by the masses.

Just got back from visiting the Big Guy's farm shop. It was fantastic!!. Don't know what people are on about with the parking? And yes it was a bit expensive (to be expected really). But the food is amazing, the beer is some of the best I've ever tasted, and the cider. Got myself a few bits to take home. I cant recommend it enough, i will definitely be returning in the future. And i will most certainly be buying more Hawkstone!!

Terrible customer service. I placed an order back in June and still have not received. I have emailed on several occasions and now I'm being ignored! No phone number to contact either.
I received a wooden spoon saying sorry for the mix up, just not expectable considering how bad the reviews are.

At around 3.30 pm a girl from the shop came across and walked in front of me and a another couple and said the shop is closing, I said I have just driven in from Essex to buy some Cider and the answer was l don’t care where you have come from and the same to the other couple, how rude is that for customer service is that what Clarkson teaches his staff.

Shipment was send back in error, which according to FedEx was received by them. We have tried contacting them by email, Instagram, etc. No response whatsoever… very disappointing experience.

After a year or so, they contacted me finally and send my order again and some money back. They did right in the end, but it really did take too long.

Completely agree with most recent review. You are run round in circles. I ordered items specifically for a birthday (now gone) on 8th July and am still waiting. Despite several calls and emails, I am told the items have been re-sent. Where/When? Incredibly frustrating that you can't phone anybody to follow this up, once the money has been paid, the order seems to go into a big black hole. Never ever would have started this order if I knew the time and trouble it would take just to receive it.

Endless emails….endless responses never ever ever resolving the problem. Being told numerous times that a resend is being sent…. A load of crap…. Being told endlessly I will get a refund… a load of crap…. I’d say they have a terrible customer service department, but they clearly don’t have one! There is no customer service, they are beyond poor. They literally send you round in circles, and never give a straight answer. No contact number to speak to anyone….not surprised….plus you’d never be able to get through as there Will be thousands calling each hour. I came on to write a review as after 10 weeks the issue hasn’t been resolved…..and found all of these reviews stating how terrible the company is. Wish I’d looked at this before I bothered ordering anything.
The company is nothing but a joke, don’t waste your time money or energy…because trust me, trying to get anything resolved is draining!!!

Love the stuff guys the tea towels are nice in size and quality please dont stop Clarkson and co are very welcomed , want to see and buy more

Placed an order at the beginning of June for a bottle of hot Gin for father’s day i still have not received this order. Evri said they delivered the item but i have not received it i have checked with neighbours etc Evri have conducted a search but its not been found. I have filled out the diddly squat farm contact form three times now with no reply cant find a telephone number for them completely stuck, No gin and £45 down the drain !!!! Very disappointed!!!!

Placed an order over a week ago and paid extortionate delivery of 17eur fFEDEX shipment to Ireland. The order was not big or bulky. The items were in stock and no order has been shipped.

Spend your money and receive Diddly Squat for it.

Placed my order on 9th June which is now a month ago and items have still not been received. The items were ordered a week in advance in anticipation of Father’s Day and a lot of money was spent. What’s even more of a joke is that I also paid 48hr evri delivery. A fair few 48hr time periods have passed since this date! IF YOU DONT HAVE THE PRODUCT IN STOCK OR THE MEANS TO DELIVER IT BY THE TIMESCALE INDICATED ON YOUR WEBSITE THEN DONT TAKE PEOPLES MONEY AND FOB THEM OFF REPEATEDLY WITH FALSE PROMISES OF ITEMS BEING SENT!

I have copied and pasted emailed received in response to my constant chasing up of this and still nothing received and no further replies sent to me. I have asked several times for a refund and they refuse to respond.

MY ADVICE - ORDER ELSEWHERE

The amount of negative reviews prove this is not a one off. I just wish I had checked this before.

If I receive my money back or the products in the expected condition then I will of course update my review here.

Would give this a zero star if I could. Ordered an item 19 days ago and it has still not arrived. Have sent 3 emails with one very poor response from the shop. I have no idea if this item will ever appear at my door as the tracking says in transit and has never changed! So glad I paid for 48 hour delivery!!! Love the programme, will never use the shop again. DON’T USE THIS SHOP YOU MIGHT AS WELL BURN YOUR MONEY 🤨
