The dumbest dumbest reward system I have ever seen. Aside from it glitching and not allowing me to claim rewards, even if I could, I would never use them. Why? Because you cannot combine a deal / prom... Mehr ansehen

WTF PIZZA HUT
Frustrating to write this review as it's the second consecutive delivery order that has been wrong. First time I paid for additional toppings which were amiss. This time I ordered cheesy nachos and there is NO SALSA. Like how difficult is it to make and deliver what is selected on the website
And then pizza hut tell me to return the order. So I have to leave where I am. What was the point in the first place. Trying very hard not to use expletives to really express my frustration
Ordered 2 Pizzas but only received !
Ordered 2 Pizzas but only received !. Tried to get a Refund but they didn't answer my Emails nor answer the Phone.
The Pizza I did get arrived cold, hardly any ingrdts for the topping , despite I bought 3 extra toppings.
The pastry was thick and chewy .
The cheese was tasteless.
The whole Pizza was drab and basically Rubbish.

Delivery driver Jamie is always warm and friendly regardless of the weather or time.
Worth getting a pizza just for a chat.
Franchisee useless. Charged for cancelled order.
I placed an online order to this Bridgend franchise 'hut' and realised I'd made a mistake. I immediately phoned (within minutes) to amend the order but they would not allow me to do so. So I cancelled the order. The Hut agreed to cancel.
Not only did this franchisee lie about cancelling the order, but they also fraudulently charged my credit card.
I'm now waiting on Pizza Hut customer services to issue a refund, for this despicable action by this particular franchisee!

Twice I ordered home delivery gluten…
Twice I ordered home delivery gluten free pizzas and both times they sent one of the two gluten free pizzas on a normal base.
The second time, I then had to wait over an hour for a replacement pizza which meant the other pizza I had ordered was cold. This meant it was no longer a fun relaxing treat, but a tedious and stressful situation and I had to stay up later than I wanted.
When I reported to the restaurant that I was coeliac and had ordered an allergy meal they did not take it seriously and laughed and said this kept happening as the tickets were coming through saying ‘GF’ pizza not ‘HGF’ pizza. I asked for a refund of both pizzas for the second evening and they said no, and I was refunded for one pizza only. I explained what I received was not the service I paid for and they’d put me at serious risk so I couldn’t enjoy the food. The restaurant still refused to refund.

Very bad service… we had to wait for the deserts for over 40 mins and we reminded the staff, so were served one and then they forgot the give the other!!
They are either under staffed or need a better system to track orders!
Charge for "Free" collection?
Attempted to place an order for collection
website stated delivery was free - but would not remove £2.99 delivery charge
wasted time trying to get online support and phoning.

Visited the restaurant to pick up a pizza was told very rudely by an American employee that I would need to scan the code into my phone to order or it would be twice the price then proceeded to speak to my like an idiot saying he will show me how to scan a QR code, to which I said you are not understanding I don't do ordering via mobile phone. I refused saying it was ridiculous I do not pass out my personal details to any company this is a complete scam all I will then receive are spam emails and texts constantly and in my experience any company that wants these details will inevitably pass my personal information to another company. The scan code on the wall had no T&Cs so I had no way of knowing this company will follow UK GDPR laws.
utter crap
online order from Bradley stoke Bristol first order didn't turn up so rang they said a second delivery would come with a free pepsi max which never came and my dips were missing which i ordered so called back store wont answer thats why pizza hut i aint going to u again
No existent customer service
Counter staff and whoever answers the phone doesn't understand my Inverness accent, this is a bit of a problem as the restaurant is in Inverness!!!!!!! Get a grip, at least try and employ staff that have the skills to communicate with the customers, I would say that's a pretty basic requirement

Poor Pizza Hut Service
First time in while that I have visited the Ipswich Copdock Pizza Hut and it has certainly gone downhill.
Firstly, waiting staff cannot take your order, it has to be done via a QR code that you scan at the table, sadly the wifi wasn't secure and my phone would not connect to their ordering site, disconnecting wifi allowed my wife to connect.
A staff member did help my wife with the ordering process much to the distress of other waiting customers (insufficient staff). You then have to pay via the app and asked to leave a tip before you have had any service or seen or tasted your food.
Then there was the discrepencies with the prices on the printed menu and the ordering app regarding the type of pizza base, additional £2 for gluten free, menu says £1 and an additional £1 for original pan, menu shows no additional charge.
No cutlery on the table or told where to find it and some cutlery had food rements dried on them.
Lack of staff ment that cooked food was waiting on the service counter for long periods.
Overall a very unsatisfactoy visit
If this is the way Pizza Hut is going it will soon be out of business

Waited 1 hour for food for order to not arrive I. Delivery window and then be cancelled. Now nowhere else is open for food and can’t order.
Pizza Hut happily taken money from account but no food and no order cancellation. Only discovered after clicking on tracking link to see cancelled 20 minutes after original delivery window.
Absolutely disgusted and no wonder all pizza huts are closing down
I want an immediate refund!!!

Dear Pizza Hut Customer Service,
Dear Pizza Hut Customer Service,
I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding an upsetting and unacceptable experience I had at your Pizza Hut branch located in Snipe Retail Park, Ashton-under-Lyne, on Tuesday, 6th August 2025 at approximately 3:30 PM.
My friend and I visited the restaurant with our four young children (ages 6, 4, 3, and 10 months). We placed an order for a deal which included a pizza, two desserts, and the endless salad bar. We also purchased two drinks separately, one each for the two adults. Since the drinks were fizzy, and we do not allow our children to drink fizzy drinks, we felt it was reasonable for them to occasionally sip from our drinks if needed – not to share, but simply to accommodate very young children in a family-friendly environment.
Shortly after we were seated, the manager approached us and told us in a stern manner that we could not share drinks. We tried to explain the situation, but he remained rigid and unaccommodating, even though we clearly only intended to let the children have a taste – not take advantage of the system.
Later, when we collected one of our desserts – a bowl of ice cream – the children (ages 3 and 4) began to argue and cry over it, as they both wanted some. To resolve the situation and avoid a scene, we simply split the one bowl into two smaller portions using an empty bowl. The manager then came over and informed us – quite harshly – that we were not allowed to do that either. Despite our efforts to explain that these were very young children, he insisted that we had broken the rules, and stated that he would cancel our second dessert (cookie dough) or alternatively, take away one of the ice cream bowls.
Unfortunately, he followed through and removed the larger bowl of ice cream directly from my 3-year-old child, causing him to cry uncontrollably. I was stunned and deeply hurt to see a grown man remove food from a toddler simply to make a point. When I asked if he was just going to throw it away, he confirmed he would, rather than let the child have it.
This behaviour was not only unprofessional and unnecessarily aggressive, it was also emotionally distressing for our children, who left the restaurant upset and confused. We, as parents, felt humiliated, belittled, and appalled at how poorly the situation was handled – especially in front of other customers and staff.
To make matters worse, after all of this, the manager approached us again and claimed our behaviour was “insulting”, and told us we were banned from returning to the restaurant. Frankly, after the treatment we received, we would never return willingly – but the tone, attitude, and complete lack of empathy displayed were unacceptable for any business, let alone one that markets itself as “family-friendly.”
I am requesting a formal apology, a full refund for our visit, and a review of the manager’s conduct on that day. The way this situation was handled was unnecessarily cruel, especially towards our children, and we will not let it go unaddressed.
I look forward to hearing from you promptly.
