Dreadful. I'm regularly running out of essential medication due to delays getting my prescription fulfilled. Not delivering when supposed to. Incorrect prescription reminders. The previous healtheara app was superb. Glenrothes.

Staff are never in a hurry, they walk around and talk to each other regardless of the queue waiting. Also they give tablets when caplets are on the prescription which is annoying. Why do they always do the generic and not brand names - they are not the same.

Attended travel clinic in Dears pharmacy in Dunfermline. Kamil was friendly and very knowledgeable.
He was able to advise on the vaccinations and even spent the time to give a couple of tips on mosquito bites.
He really knew how to put you at ease, and i hardly felt the vaccinations.
Would definitely recommend

Needed some advice on travel vaccinations, booked appointment with Dunfermline pharmacy. Kamil is very knowledgeable and his approach feels very considerate and kind. Will be back for my follow up vaccinations

Muirhouse chemist: terrible experience. Place stank of dog. I queued up, whilst waiting the assistant served all the people collecting prescriptions before attending to me. I handed in prescription was told to come back in 15 mins. When i returned a big dog was blocking entrance, which made entering chemist a little scary. I waited at the bit for collection as others had done but this time assistant served all the people in queue before asking me what i wanted. Then after a while i was told dentist had wrote wrong address and could I come back again in 15 mins. I did so. And again when I waited around I was ignored by assistant as she continued to serve people who came in after i did. For some reason the staff were now all different. Absolutely useless. I hung around that horrible little shop for almost an hour just for a simple prescription. It's unclear whether you queue or wait near desk when collecting prescription. Others waited near counter, but when i did so i was ignored like I was invisible. Strange little shop. I told the assistant how it seemed to take forever collecting a prescription there.

They take so long to deliver a prescription. Every order it’s 7 days plus before you receive it. Have to phone or have someone drop in to collect it they then take 10 mins to find it. Understand it won’t be next day but 7 + days is not on.

Excellent service at the Pennywell Road branch in Edinburgh! The staff is extremely friendly, professional and patient. They were very helpful in assisting me with choosing the right medication. Highly recommended!

Kamil is amazing. I needed to attend a number of times for a programme of travel vaccinations. Kamil talked me through everything really clearly and the injections were totally painless. Very comprehensive service and thoroughly recommend. Thankyou

Just went in to see if they had meds to fill my son's adhd medication. The woman went off to check and came back and brusquely told me they don't have that strength. No offer to order it like they have at every other pharmacy in the past. Wouldn't have been so bad if she didn't look at me like I was some kind of lesser being for having an adhd prescription.
I've had mixed experiences there but tbh this, and the trip to a&e because their blood test was so inaccurate, have pushed this to a one star and a definite avoidance in the future

I moved from one chemist to this one, as the last chemist always left me short of medication. This chemist started out ok, but this is now the third time I’ve been left without pain medication. I got a text message at midnight last night (really midnight!!) to say my prescription was ready for collection. My son went today to pick up my medication and he was told they were waiting on my medication coming in he obviously asked why, because when i telephoned the chemist yesterday they said it would be ready yesterday after 3.30pm. He was told it’s an expensive drug and they don’t stock it so once again I’m suffering because I have no pain medication left. If you are mobile and not disabled like I am and you can drive then you stand a good chance of waiting in the chemist to actually receive your medication. Bitterly disappointed as I told them the why I was changing chemists and they assured me that I wouldn’t be left short of medication. They are just like the chemist I left, they don’t care because they’re not the ones who are suffering.

Great service had ear ache, was seen straight away given olive to put in ear for a week went back and had ear sorted pain free. Every step of the process explained to me. Ear totally sorted if id gone to GP I'd probably still be waiting for an appointment

Kamil at the Dunfermline branch saw me today for a travel consultation and was flawless, professional, personable and comprehensive. The whole process was incredibly easy and probably the least painful injection ive ever had!

As I am immunosuppressed and heading to Morocco for a golfing trip, I had an appointment with Kamil at the Dunfermline branch, I found him to be very knowledgable and helpful regarding the Travel vaccines I would require, he also recommended a good insect repellent, excellent service

Great experience with Kerry at Templehall having microsuction. She was very friendly and explained everything she was doing and i never felt a thing. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy as everyone was friendly and it is easy to get parked
