Dealber is awful! I purchased 2 deals In April. I booked one flight and kept contacting them to send confirmation for the flight. I was told by Sabrina that they were very busy and were working on a schedule that would only confirm the present weeks flights but was assured that all would be good. I called and emailed every week for awhile . About a week and half before my flight I was told to request a refund from Dealber because they could not process my flights. I requested the refund & was told that they would not refund my money & to contact my credit card company. The credit card company said the request would not be honered because it was over 60 days. I am totally unsatisfied with this company!!!!

Please be so kind to note that, as you had completed your booking request several months before your departure, which was scheduled for September and due to the fact that summer is high-season and we experienced heavier than usual workload, we kindly advised you to wait until your tickets are issued as we prioritized the flight orders based on the date of each trip.
Instead, you preferred proceeding with the refund request.To keep you satisfied, even though we were facing difficulties with our previous merchant provider, we did everything in our power to issue your tickets but you had chosen to insist on getting a full refund.

I booked my flight 10 days before and waiting for confiirmation.
There customer service sucks. I emailed them every day waiting for my confirmation for my flight to come back. I followed all the steps right and have got all kinds of excuses from my agent Sabrina and they refuse to answer the question when there going to send confirmation from the flights I picked. There customer service sucks and you would be better off gong to and other site but this one because it's a pain in the arm and they drag there feet.

Terrible Experience - Never Again
Dealber is hassle to say the least. Their booking engine NEVER works, so you have to call or email their customer service, which is only open 4 hours a day on weekdays. By the time you get a response, the flight you settled for in the first place is unavailable for whatever reason and you try another inconvenient flight with too many stops and hope you can book it before that one is unavailable too. In the end, you could have booked directly with an airline for cheaper and traveled non-stop and wouldn't have been constrained with waiting until X date and booking X days before travel, etc.

The fares look good. The deal look good. I'm not sure it's a legitimate website because I've bought 4 roundtrips and haven't been able to book any trip anywhere anytime. It's probably not legitimate when Dealber Customer Service suggested that I dispute the charges with my credit card company to obtain a refund. The reviews I've read are very mixed and the reviewers suggest it's a scam. I question the rave reviews because they may be a part of the scam.

Lousy Customer Service
I placed 3 orders on August 21. They have yet to be shipped. I sent 3 e-mails to Customer Service and have yet to receive a response. I purchased these items as a Birthday present, but at this rate, I might be able to give them for Christmas.

First of all, as it seems too good to be true, I read everything on the Delta deal that really caught my eye, so I knew about the timeframe I could use the coupons.Then ,tried to book it, had a difficulty with it-received a message that did not understand-but called Customer support and advised me to send them the flights i want to get.Sent them and in less than 24 hours they sent me the tickets that as I checked cost $406 so lucky me, got the tickets for onfly $189!Really appreciate all the work by the agents I talked with and served me in due time!And yes, it is not too good to be true!It is TRUE!
