Do not trust they are a legitimate company. Airlines do not know them.

They charged my credit card and did not book a flight for the money -- crooks

I have found dealber a very helpful place and a very easy way to access what you need for trips and more.

After a couple of emails to say it was shipped i had nothing so far...

The beginnings of the purchase step has been fine but I have yet to use the 2 vouchers I have purchased to date

So for I had bought 5 coupons. When I saw the deal it was tempting and I bought it then the prices went down in a day and like to get the difference but do not know how. Very poor site and not user friendly. It is so hard to go to the site to buy or book the tickets. No human interactions. Had to wait a day for a e-mail response. So this may be the last time I will buy the tickets or coupons thru you guys even if it is dead cheap.. If you guys care for this review pl contact me.

I have tried to grab the deals on line. Your system keeps throwing me out indicating "error" and my name/nickname is already registered. Still I can not have access to deals. The lack of assistance after 5pm (ET) is a problem in correcting problems and being able to buy deals.

Based on a forward from my sister-in-law, and without checking a site like Trustpilot first, I went out on Dealber to get very very discounted plane fare. It was coupon in which you scrolled through the flights, made a choice, went to dealber, bought coupons, went back to the site to complete the purchase. Red flags started going up: my bank card texted me, "Are you sure?" --because this is a Euro-based company somewhere... I said, "yes," then could not complete the sale the whole dealber site ceased to function... then I sent a customer service request, including a "hey you are scaring me," report... got back an undeliverable, no one there... another text from my bank carrier. I then stopped the transaction, reported everything as fraud to the bank and they slammed the account down.

Days later i got an email saying, oh here is how to proceed. By that time my account is closed, etc. A lot of hassle to have to re-embed a new account number in my trusted places, like Amazon.

Is Dealber real? A scam? I don't know. Be cautious and google them first. Personally, I won't ever go out there again.

Trying to understand about the vouchers and pick the days you want to use them on for those choices the person wants to travel on and times.

Very difficult and confusing to book flights. Have been trying to book a flight for the last 4 days now. Contacted Jenifer for help and received a response asking for more information when responded to email it keeps coming back as un-deliverable. Fault comes up as

Based on what I have read here overall and on other similar sites I am wary of using them. They are not located in France or Greece as some have said. They are registered as being in Sophia, Bulgaria, the largest city in Bulgaria. It seems to me that there would possibly be a problem when purchasing with American dollars. But, maybe not. Based on what I have read from users, I am not going to take a chance.

Every time you book a flight a flight it says Oops! someone just grabbed that flight!

I don't think you want my comment! I really thought it was a great find but I ended up cancelling 2 credit cards due to rejection until cleared personally due to the location of dealber (out of country with euros). Then given a bogus email address to reply to the person in charge of my purchase, so I couldn't reach her furthering my panic (because you had me purchasing 9 round trip flights - thinking I purchased 3 - only to find out after the purchase that they have to be used at the same time of which I didn't plan on)! What a mess!!! (I was sure I had just opened up to a major virus!)

The worst and bad airline I have seen and I'll see in my life, 6 times late on one way fly. I missed to see my family because of the airline mistakes, and not even apologize message. Bad employees I have seen in my life (I have been traveled with 18 airlines and airways and DELTA is the worst...).

I'm sorry to myself to tried airline like DELTA..

I'm not sure why I got this email to rate the website because we never did get to buy anything. Our credit cards (we tried multiple ones, stupid I know) all got declined. Then they all went on a fraud list and we had to make multiple calls to get the cards straightened out.

So I think this site is a fraud. If I did buy something, which is highly doubtful, I will be returning it!

I purchased one of their deals.
Received my coupons and called the airline to book my flight. I unfortunately did not understand how Dealber worked and upon reading reviews was not sure if this was legitimate or not. I called them the next day they were very friendly and they explained how they work. Unfortunately the flight I was looking at booking there were not showing any seats available. I did therefore requested a refund and was granted one without any problem as it was within their allotted time.

I am billed in euros, instead of dollars. My credit card is declined because it is a foreign transaction. If they really wanted to sell something in America, they ought to make it easy for Americans to participate. And all the reviews I have read said they have not received what they ordered, months after the purchase.

Tried to purchase your round trip ticket deal for $169. some glitch in
your system it kept denying my credit card which has a zero balance tried several times as did my sister and neither of us could purchase tickets

I would just like to know where my coupon are for Delta. Ad read
4 to 8 day delivery. I am still waiting. :
