this site a total fraud. They advertise offers in Greece (e.g. for a well known furniture company) and the company itseld announced publicly that there is not such deal. Keep your money safe, in your pocket.

I purchased 2 tickets (total 4 tickets as it was buy one get one free) for a comedy night in Leeds called Jongleurs. I purchased the tickets online on 27th January 2017, they have since sent a code which you email Dealber back requesting the date for the comedy night you want. They have not refunded or sent the tickets. The really odd thing is they also have put on my 'Orders' a trip to Japan at $700 thankfully it hasn't been taken from my credit card. This company should be shut down. Since I put reviews on facebook and here the vouchers have been sent. Also on my personal login which shows my orders, the trip to Japan was listed and no it wasn't on your newsletter pages!!!

The best offer for many category. Special for travel

This is my first experience with dealber. I ordered a voucher to be used on amazon. This was months ago. It never arrived. I have emailed several times since December 2016. It is now January 31, 2017. The last response said it would be issued and sent to me. That was January 4th.

Avoid this company. It's not worth the hassle. It's like throwing money away.

Nice deals and excellent service. As an improvement I would suggest the flight booking process requires to be abit more automated. For example book flight tickets automated and not have to go through customer car.

I purchased 3 "Dealbers" at a cost of $507. The deal was actually never available, and I requested a refund. ONE YEAR of calling, emailing and
begging --and no one cares to help at all. Their helpful service line is open only a few hours a day. The girls there were able to do nothing.
They did agree that I was due a refund, and that was it.

I am suing them as a last resort.

Great value once you have worked out how to manage the agreement and follow the complicated instructions.
They could make the whole process much easier.
However I am now very happy with the offer.

i purchased this last year, they then told me i could check on ticket prices after september, which i did numerous times, i then contacted customer service that i could not get flights within the time frame a needed it took them approximately 2-3 weeks to get back to me via email, they said they would have someone look into this and get back to me (another 2-3 weeks) they could not find flights for me when i needed them so i asked for a refund (again) they told me the time limit for that has lapsed. contacted many more times without help, only to be turned away
I did try immediately to book after the purchase but same thing happened, no flights available, i then proceeded to ask for a refund within your time period and no answer until it was too late. very sad, very bad customer service, i was not quick to give this bad review, i waited and waited and waited for a response only to get one too late for a refund. you stole my money

I tried booking immidiatley after I bought and nothing I asked for a refund and no response maybe get your facts before you assume u were right again you stole my money

I have purchased two air-tickets, but the response for confirmation of booking was so slow...it said a few days, and I have waited for one week, and up to now , I still had no reply from Dealber.com for confirmation of my booking....??!!!

Stay AWAY from Dealber.

They take your money, but when you try to use a voucher as I did, near the end of the expiration term, they do not get back to you. The voucher then expires, and when they do finally get back to you, they tell you the voucher had expired and there's nothing they can do.

When you call, they are not helpful. When you email, they do not respond.

I called Jet Blue, the airline the vouchers were for, and they said they do not accept the vouchers, that you have to go through Dealber. A Jet Blue customer agent told me they had numerous complaints about Dealber.

I hope this helps someone save their money.

I came across the email advertising. It was offering rountrip flights inside the U.S. with Delta Airlines for $139 round trip. I had a coming flight from NY to LA so I purchased the voucher. There was a little issue with the system to pay for the voucher but customer service was super nice and making sure that I was taken care of.
End result I will fly to LA for $139, instead of the $400 or so that I always pay. If that's not a good deal then I don't know how better it can get.

Further to my message below, dealber made the appearance of responding to the post: while they have not honored my payment by issuing the due voucher for a stay that is taking place today and while they have not done the logical thing by contacting me directly and/or by responding to my repetitive emails, they are responding to my post to ask me to contact them (again) "to confirm that I need my reservation to be completed." Seriously, is this even making sense? Why have I been contacting them over and over, why have I paid if it is not to have my reservation completed? Does their response make sense to anyone? They're willing to do anything, except pay dues, to trick more people.

Dealber is a scam, do not fall for it! They came across as being the like of Groupon (a legitimate business which had always delivered what I paid for) but they are far from it! I purchased a hotel stay for January 6, 2017 and they have have not delivered the hotel coupon/confirmation. They were responsive to my questions up until I made the payment in September 2016. When it was time to actually deliver (confirm the hotel stay), they danced around with "you'll receive the coupon/confirmation tomorrow" (a few times), "the reason you have not received it yet is because they person handling it is on sick leave" and the ultimate "you haven't received it yet because our booking department is experiencing some technical issues which are about to be resolved. We will notify you as soon as this is resolved." This was on 12/2/16 before they became completely mute; I guess the "technical issues" are - and "soon to be resolved" means - indefinite. If you value your money (and your time), you'll stay away. I know they won't get me again!

its been a long journey, i placed an order for amazon gift card in November for xmas shopping, i finally received the full amount 4 days before xmas. I wish i had gotten sooner, but it seems like dealber is understaffed. but they are quick in communicating and always polite and responsive. My suggestion is to give accurate review time and hire more people with order processing.

I was unable to use my coupons. Because I could not locate their booking engine!

Great deals, amazing prices. Getting advantage of discounted air tickets deals , i had one of my greatest vacations ever. Thank you Dealber team and i wish you a Merry Christmas and a happy new year.

25 emails 10 phone calls could not book flights several destinations ,dates none worked!!! last email no response. worst experience ever!

They advertise $175 round trip tickets on all the airlines but don't mention that the maximum cost of these tickets is $350 and so "no tickets are available."
There is no one to speak to. Their 800 line is a recording and you have to engage in endless emails that are responded to days later with requests for itinerary and dates that were already in the email! I don't think they even read the emails! Don't use this site as you may never see your money again! I was dumb enough to buy 4 of their coupon for$689!

I buy a coupon from the site and it is from 01.11 until 13.12 so I right it before for some questions I have and they answered my right back. So I buy the ticket. Later I try to save my dates but they told me that it is ugly (it was 23.10) so I have to wait till it begins. I M sending them from 01.11 and I have respond just for my first message. I have send them that I want to save my dates I get the respond that they will send me back after 48 hours. So today is 09.11 and I am still waiting I have send another 3-4 emails but nothing I have call them and again nothing. What about my money or my journey ??? No response..!!!I have phoned you and send you emails .. no response !!

I bought my coupons long ago & as maturity approached I was able to book 2 oneway tickets to which booking confirmation arrived.For 3 weeks they were not able to send me e-tickets. They did not answer telephone.I called all 3 tel.# even # in Bulgaria. No e-mail answer, they cut off themselves from communication. Last minute a lady called me if I wanted e-tickets. She had no answer to my million questions I asked. I almost got a heart attack .Where had you been for the 3 long weeks? Of course I wrote back, NO ANSWER. Not a single line. They are hiding. That's why I say they are non-existent.I sent my friend in N.Y. to find them at the address. No such Co. exist. Registered mail with the address in N.Y. came back to me. Stamp on it. Post office says "NOT KNOWN" unable to forward. So who cares about $100.- silly coupon ?They ruined me, my health, my holiday & I hold them responsible for the 2 tickets I had to buy last minute someplace else +expenses affiliated with it.

Let's see what smart explanation they have in store for "MY CASE"....

Hey GEORGE !.. where are you? Why don't you honor your promise to call me with the idemnification $$$. You act as if nothing happened?And you continue scamming people the same way?? I see there are even additional people that you ruined since I posted my review.
To all people of good will I say this: DO NOT FALL VICTIM to them !!!
Unfortunately all victims come to complain when it is already late. It is truth they are nonexistent, their phone number is not working and even if it rings there is nobody to answer.Even the addresses are fake. So it is time someone in authority close them down.Shame on them !!! They should go to jail together with HILLARY. George, Jane , Alex, Linda
