Spent hundreds of dollars and never received anything

Ordered a PS4 Pro for £199. £204 was taken from my account due to exchange rates despite having a £199 pricetag and not stating anything about exchange rate varying the price of goods. Then Informed after purchase that it would take 2 months for the product to arrive (cannot place order for another 5 weeks after purchase). I decided to cancel my order and request a refund. This was 1 month ago now and I have had little communication from the site despite frequent emails (ticket 25376) and have been waiting a week for a reply from my last email.

It has been over two weeks since we used our coupon code. We still have not received a confirmation of our booking. This is ridiculous and seems like a scam. I tried contacting customer service but there is always a busy dial tone. I also submitted a ticket and there was no response.

I don't recommend Dealber at all. Good deals but the stress and hassle is not worth it!
I purchased two trip vouchers from Dealber. It was an excellent offer. But things started going down hill when I tried to redeem one of the vouchers. I found available and suitable travel dates within required time frame prior to the travel. I received a confirmation advising I will be emailed flight tickets shortly but nothing was sent for a week. I became worried and emailed them and they replied saying, I will have my tickets shortly. But still nothing for a week and my trip was supposed to take place in a few weeks. After that, I called them numerous times and only to be told over and over again that I will have my tickets shortly.
Then three days before my flight was supposed take place, Dealber emailed to advise the flight I had requested was no longer available, I had requested a direct flight, and now my only option is to accept one of the flights with stop over. I had no option but to choose a flight because it was too late and way too expensive to book an alternative. My stop overs were, on the way there 6 hours and on return 9 hours.
I complained and Dealber apologised advising they were under staffed but they had solved the problem and problems like these should not occur again.
Since beginning of this year I have tried to find a flight to redeem my second voucher. And after month of searching I found one flight fitting my preferred travel dates and requested the booking last Wednesday. Once booking request submitted a message appeared on my screen advising, that I will receive a confirmation via email shortly.
But surprise, surprise, a week and a couple of days later I have not received anything from Dealber.
As per Dealber website I submitted a ticket, it means you send them an email. Only got an automatic response that a Dealber member will be in touch with me shortly. Today has been a week since I submitted the ticket and I still have not had any response from Dealber. I emailed them again this Wednesday but nothing, not even an automatic response. I have also tried to call the number they have on the website at all hours of the day but this number is always engaged.
I have also purchased a few goods from them which I should be able to redeem in the next couple of weeks but regret it already because based on my experience so far it will most likely not be a straight forward and hassle free process.

I purchased plane tickets over a year ago. After multiple issues and phone conversations with three different supervisors who have all promised to make things right, I still have neither tickets nor my money back. The support tickets only provide a canned response and a live person is yet to get back to me from that source. Now the phone service is constantly busy. I doubt I will ever get my $249 back. Would anyone else like to consider a class action lawsuit?

3 months to get a gift card for electronics and they almost send me my money back without the gift card.... But they got my money in 1 minute...

Dealber are scammers paid $229 for a play station pro i've been waiting longer then the delivery time should take and i havent got my order or confirmation that my order is on its way. Tried contacting Dealber by phone and email and still havent had a proper reply about my order. Dont waste your timeand money you're better off with buying from offer up.

For now a below 1 star experience. Bought a coupon for a BA flight. Twice tried to book on their search engine, first time informed with delay and only after emailing that tickets were not available, second attempt in January, still waiting to hear from them. On both occasions we chose a route with plenty of availability on the search engine so no excuse. Given time elapsed asking for a refund, or immediate release of tickets. Happy to change the review if this happens - if not, at least happy that sites like Trustpilot exist to warn people.

This company is the 2nd attempt of previous AirFastTickets owner.
They do deliver some services, so they earn people's trust but when and if people decide to cancel they never refund the money.
The 1st company went into bankruptcy and their employees never got paid

This company just steals your money and anyone should save themselves. Report this site on Google to flag it, don't think you're making money and waste time with them.

My parents are in their 80's and feel like they have been scammed. Nobody from this company responds to emails and the phone, only available for 5 hours a day, is always busy. I have tried calling at least 500 times. This is sad to take advantage of elderly people.

Right now I have to give them this poor rating. I purchased coupons for American airlines tickets, but the items haven't shown up in my deals yet. I've attempted to call multiple times. Busy signal. I have opened a ticket with their support desk and contacted my credit card company to put a scam alert on my card. Please help!

I bought a flight ticket deals, but i can't able to use it since from the date of purchase. I raised many complaint and calls to the customer care, but no use. Waste of money. Still my complaint status is open. No reply from them.

This place is just a simple fraud. Phone busy 24/7 for weeks at a time, scores of emails just ignored. DO NOT TRY TO USE THEM! You will be throwing your money away!

Telephone Not working, Emails not being replied to and Facebook i get an auto reply. I have paid them for two Starbucks vouchers and received nothing.

I purchased and received the 4 coupons for Delta $189 R/T anywhere Delta flies in USA. However, I was told to wait until Feb. 21, 2017 before the booking engine would be in effect. I have since dialed the 1 888 384-8002 number over 3000 times and receive a busy signal. One day I called every 7 seconds for three strait only to get busy signals. I have contacted Dealber customer service via email several times, only to get their automated reply but never any contact with a customer service representative. It is now March 2, 2017 and still trying.

Was able to reach DEALBER this morning after another 150 attempts. Only to be put on hold for over 32 minutes, with message that I was next in line. Was disconnected by my cel carrier after the 32 minutes. I decided to send all the flight reservation info along with copies of passports to DEAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT email. Will wait to see if there is any response.

Never ever deal with this website! They took my money didn't issue any tickets and didn't issue refund! Avoid no matter what!!!!!!!!

48 hour commit time for tickets. 30 days later, no tickets, customer service refuses to escalate to get resolved and have denied multiple requests for their corporate address, no where on website.

A lot of people complain about this service i use it just to see if it is a Scam. IT IS NOT but the service is very poor. You must redesign all the site a fix the process for your own good and to keep customers happy because you can see they are not happy. Find a good UX designer Problem Solver from coupon company and redesign. Then it will be a distrupt company!
