Would highly recommend Dan and the team as they go above and beyond for their clients. They were very accommodating and often arranged last minute viewing for me when I was looking to buy. My purchase through them fell through due to market conditions but Dan kept me fully informed and was always available for any questions I had. They provide a much more personal service than most estate agent, and don’t give the usual corporate estate agent response. Their local knowledge makes a huge difference and makes you feel confident in their abilities. This local agent has great reviews so we decided to market my mothers bungalow with them as well as being local they were very professional, and as we live overseas we dealt mainly by email and found the whole process to be very easy with quick and professional replies to any queries. We dealt mainly with Claire and Dan both of whom we found very good and explained everything very clearly. I honestly cannot rate Dan Thomas & Co highly enough! Especially the lovely Claire! You guys went above and beyond and supported us the whole way through a really tricky buy/ sale. These guys were my sellers agent (& did a better job than my own), they followed up every email and every phone call and made the whole process run as smoothly as possible. Their communication, professional manner and rapport with customers are exceptional. If ever I move again I will most definitely be tapping on their door.
