The minute we met Dan for our house valuation we instantly knew we will be choosing Dan & Co. From start to finish they were exceptional and ensured the process went as smoothly as possible, even when there was a few bumps along the way. Marisa was absolutely fantastic doing all the viewings, Claire deserves a medal for all the chasing, updates and sorting out all the chain issues. Also, thank you, Dan-for your calmness, innovative approach and speedy sale! Thoroughly recommend and if we ever decide to sell, we might need you in Cornwall!

This review is somewhat unusual in that I did not instruct Dan Thomas, my sellers did, but I felt compelled to write a review to let people know how great they are.
Dan is very honest, respectful and fair in his dealings. He was very helpful and helped resolved any issues along the way (some were substantial). He always got back to me immediately and I was not even his client. Anyone thinking about instructing Dan Thomas should do so without hesitation, he will do a fantastic job for you. His team were also lovely and when I collected the keys gave us a bottle of bubbly and flowers (again we were not even his clients!)
The biggest praise I can give is I am sure the transaction would not have completed without Dan being involved.
There is no better agent in the area and they can be trusted to deliver.

When you are not sure exactly what you want, an estate agent with patience is a must. Marisa handled us viewing a property expertly .She is a bubbly knowledgable young lady with infinite patience.

From our first meeting with Dan we felt at ease. He is professional and warm and we knew our property was in the right hands. Everything was explained easily and we were kept in the loop with marketing strategies and updates.
When our property was sold quickly we were very happy. Lorraine and Claire then stepped in to do the progressing. What a couple of superstars! Having tried other estate agents in the area and having little to no interest, we had all but given up hope for selling our flat and moving. However, Dan Thomas were able to find us a buyer off-market - before the photos were even taken!

Abi was incredibly helpful in the early stages, communicating effectively to keep us up to date on the viewing and negotiations.

As we neared exchange and completion, we encountered a number of legal difficulties. Claire was excellent in chasing the chain, the solicitors and facilitating effective communication between all parties. Claire also kept us up to date, which was really reassuring during the most challenging times of the sale. It’s no exaggeration to say that without Claire’s work, we probably would have been waiting weeks or months more to move - if it even went through at all.

On recommendation, my parents chose Dan Thomas & Co - Estate Agent to sell one of their rental properties. The team arranged floorplans and fantastic photos very quickly and within a week or so of the property being listed, viewings had been arranged and the house sold quickly. The use of a group WhatsApp between agent and seller is invaluable and allows questions to be answered quickly without the need for a phone call or visit to the office. The whole process was seamless and the team kept us updated throughout. They even gifted my parents some post-completion goodies to thank them for their business, which was a lovely touch. If you’re looking to sell or buy a property Dan Thomas & Co. is the place to go. When my 94 year old mum went into a care home we needed to sell her bungalow ASAP (care home fees aren’t cheap!) All were ultra efficient from the start, we were kept updated every step of the way, any questions answered immediately and they were always bright and cheerful.
