I appointed Dan Thomas & Co to market my 4 bedroom detached house in August 2023 which was at a time when the market was difficult .

I was encouraged by Dans honesty regarding market expectations and by his energy driven approach to make the very best of presentation and exposure to potential buyers

The house was priced at offers over £750k and by early October an offer of £770 was secured and accepted . Finalising the sale was protracted but Dan and his colleagues were very proactive throughout . My note of thanks to the team below expresses my appreciation of those efforts

I cannot speak highly enough of Dan Thomas and his team. Claire especially, was absolutely outstanding in every way. She always took the time to keep me in the loop at all stages throughout the sale of my mums property. If I ever did have to leave a message, she and/or the team would get back to me straight away. This I felt was so important.
The sale of this property was an extended timescale due to grant of probate. We recently sold our home with Dan Thomas and there was something about them and that gut feeling telling us to pick them when to help us sell our home. We glad we did, the journey was a bit bumpy but their approach is different in a very positive way!!!
