We recently used Dan Thomas and Co. for our move and were thoroughly impressed with their service. A special mention must go to Lorraine, who was our main point of contact. From the very beginning, Lorraine was incredibly helpful and kind, always going the extra mile to assist us. What truly stood out was her constant and informative communication throughout the entire process. We were never left wondering what was happening, and her updates were always timely and clear. Lorraine's professionalism and genuine care made a potentially stressful time much easier. Lorraine Cooper showed us a property to buy at Gravesend in Jan'25 . She has been an absolutely pleasure right from explaining about the property over the phone , booking viewing promptly, providing all details ahead and during the viewing , took all our questions during the viewing and clarified the same day . She also kindly followed up the day after viewing to ensure we have all details to make a decision . Lorraine has been friendly , patient and highly knowledgeable and professional throughout the process.

I am currently viewing several properties via many agents before making a decision , and have bought 3 properties in the past, but I can say for sure that Lorraine is the best estate agent I have met to date with great customer obsession. She is an asset to your company and I wish her all success.

Outstanding service from Dan and his team at Dan Thomas & Co. We appointed Dan’s company to market our 18th Century Grade II listed barn. We was recommended to us by friends who had just sold their property through him and we are so glad we listened to their advice - we were initially just going to approach better known Agents or those who specialise in premium / unique properties. From the very outset Dan impressed us with his knowledge and advice - even before we officially appointed him he was advising on how to market the property and at what price point to make sure we got maximum attention. The initial marketing material produced by Dan was amazing and professional and his write up really captured everything we had “downloaded” on to him. We truly appreciated the level of ongoing support and communication throughout the process - far more than we have ever experienced with other Agents and the level of personal attention we had - Dan and his team (Sharon and Claire in particular) were always on hand and often communicating with us in advance of us asking for a progress update. Dan vetted the interested parties and in the end we only had 3 or 4 visits before we “sold”… we sold within the first month and with two interested parties managed to achieve the exact price we set out to achieve. The exchange and completion process was protracted, but again Dan and his team were tenacious and really kept the momentum up for all parties and again regularly communicated with us. For the first and only time we genuinely felt like we got value for money from the service provided. Other Estate Agents have a lot to learn if they are going to catch up with Dan and his team. Dan Thomas & Co. deserve their future success and we are delighted to have chosen them for such an important sale - we are now able to retire to the sun!

I went to Dan Thomas after a poor experience with another Estate Agent. Dan Thomas & Co were recommended to me and I'm so glad I went with them.
Dan isn't a pushy sales person but someone who gives you the facts about your property and doesn't tie you in to a long contract. That says a lot in that they have the incentive to sell your house. Within a week of my house going on the market I had 2 offers.
Lorraine was my main liaison and she was very professional, quick to respond, and pushed to get answers and queries resolved. I believe my buyers even struck a good relationship with her. Thank you Lorraine! The whole team are on hand to keep you updated as well, thank you.
