We recently viewed a few properties with Lorraine Cooper, and after seeing places with several different agents, I can honestly say no one has been as good as her. She has the perfect balance, friendly and chatty without being pushy, and she always gives us the space we need to look around and talk things through.

I also really appreciate how organised she is. She always sends clear reminders and messages with the exact address and all the details, so we never have to dig through a million emails to find anything. It makes the whole process so much easier.

She went above and beyond by sending me a video of the bunker in the property, something the children were particularly excited about. I've worked in New Homes for 30 years and deal with a lot of agents, so when I moved I had a good sense that Dan Thomas was the right choice, but the excelled my expectations. Let's be honest moving isn't fun, but if you have excellent agents like Marisa and Abi dealing with your buyers you have the best chance of getting the most out of every viewer. We sadly lost our first buyer, but the team really mobilised using different photos, feature properties on Rightmove Move and revisiting every lead to get us another buyer. Big thank you to Dan for negotiation the offer and giving our buyers a sense of urgency so that we could secure our dream home. The other thing I'd like to highlight is that selling is one thing, how you get to exchange and completion is often over looked. Sharon knew just what to say with just the right amount of pressure. Her calm authority put the other estate agents in to line and definitely helped my sanity. We've been in our lovely home a few months now, and the good news is that all the hassle is worth it, but do yourself a favour and definitely go with Dan Thomas 👍

What can we say other than "why go anywhere else!" Since the very first time Dan came round to our house to give us a valuation to the moment we stepped into our new property Dan and his team offered nothing but a first class service. We were added to a WhatsApp Group with the whole team and kept updated every step of the way. We didn't have the smoothest journey selling and buying our house but felt fully supported by Dan and his whole team, with messages being answered well after the working day had ended. We were really happy with the service we received from Abi and Dan. Dan kept us up to date with properties, gave us market advice and guidance and showed us the place we fell in love with off market.
At the time we felt like the process was really bumpy but actually we were just first time buyers and it was a new process to us. Abi and Dan did a great job of communicating efficiently between both us and the other side. They were easy to contact, friendly, completely understanding and not at all judgemental when we had a wobble and they're just decent good people.
